BestBuy policy i found out after their 3contractors came to install my Samsung Fridge, but didn't. Wanted the shutoff valve directly behind old fridge, even though it's 1right next to fridge behind my washing machine.Had to pay a Plumber to find this out and if plumber installed another valve right behind new fridge it would've been addit'l $400. This info should be told when Fridge was purchased, or in writing somewhere. Long story short, i ended up paying another Plumber to install Fridge, instead of Best Buy! I should be compensated for my out of unnessary expenses. Plumber also hauled off old Fridge that Best Buy was suppose to. Buying from Best Buy this time was a nightmare, and I've been a Customer for many years. Smh!

Fridge is great; the delivery experience was awful

Took 5 times of us setting aside a 6-hour window before it was done right. The first appointment was cancelled late evening before scheduled delivery. The second try the BB folks delivered a scratch-and-dent fridge - not what we paid for. The third try we received a slightly less scratched fridge, but still not acceptable. The delivery crew for this call was extremely rude and unhelpful. The fourth attempt got rescheduled - we only found out because we called the evening before scheduled deliver since we hadn't received a reminder e-mail. Otherwise we would have just sat there waiting for the delivery all day. On the fifth attempt we received good product and the delivery crew was very helpful - but this was over a month after the initially scheduled delivery. And the reason we went with BB in the first place was that the other vendor we worked with, who had a much better price, was going to take 4 weeks. This is no way to do business - I certainly would have expected Best Buy to at least offer some sort of concession after all this. A few hundred dollars off or a product upgrade. But no - apparently BB's perception is that our time is a lot less valuable than theirs. Very disappointed in BB.
