Happy with monitor as far as visual quality. Disappointed that HDMI cable was not included. Instead it came with a VGA (D-sub). The cables at not top quality. It seems odd too that the power plug does not have the third grounding prong. The AC Adapter is also lighter and smaller than my previous monitors.

Short of upgrading all three monitors in my PC 3 Monitor home office to 4K UHD monitors, this monitor was the best option. I may end up getting two more of these instead.

I'm having difficulty with my eyesight, so I spent a week researching 27" computer monitors, with glare protection. This Samsung product is large, and the color is good, but no better than my 24" LG. That's the good stuff. The cons are, I hate the monitor controls, and would not have purchased this monitor had I been aware. The software that came with the monitor is difficult to load, because the screen doesn't display anything to let you know whats going on. I finally got the software loaded, and saved on my hard drive. I now have two icons on my desktop that don't work. So I've have to change direction, and go to the Samsung.com website, to bring up the manual every time I needed to check how things are supposed to work. The transparent wrapping drove me crazy but I finally managed to scrape, and pull all of it off. If you're looking for a large monitor with a good picture this one is worth the money. In my case I should have spent more, and bought the Acer with front monitor controls, and PLS.

I've been using Samsung monitors for my business for over 13 years. My main 27 inch monitor was damaged so I need a new monitor. I purchased the 27 inch SE 390 and plugged in the HDMI and it worked perfectly. Can't complain.

Got this monitor on sale last month at Best Buy, Big and very bright, it is a big step up from my old 23" monitor. Samsung makes the best monitors and TV's, its the only brand we will buy from now on.

Monitor is a great value for the price. Clear screen and has an eye saver mode that dims it a little bit. One drawback...the on/off button is a little toggle-like joystick on the back side of the monitor. Its a little difficult to reach and doesn't always detect exactly the direction you are pushing (ex. down selects off, but sometimes selects to the right).

Looks great, but can't get sound to work with my macbook pro using HDMI. Currently disappointed.

Very solid gaming monitor without blowing the bank. Would buy again.
