The only problem I had is even though it says G-Sync my gtx980 is unable to use G-Sync. I know the 900 series cant use Freesync but if the monitor says it uses G-sync it should be recognized by my card. Decent value at sale prices.

The sad thing is that it doesn’t have sound. It’s pretty fun to play on and the graphics makes my games feel good. I haven’t mounted it yet but it’ll be awesome when I do.

It connects seamlessly and turns on as soon as you move your mouse. It’s that simple. I don’t use this for gaming. I mainly use it for basic computer work - since after Covid 19 I am working from home. I hated looking at the small MacBook screen. FYI, the screen TILTS up and down for ergonomic purposes. This was the main feature I was looking for.

Ghosting happens because it’s G-SYNC compatible not G-SYNC Certified. No firmware updates from Samsung. Disable G-SYNC for smooth image movement in games like COD Battlefield and Cyberpunk. Or you will see those weird slow ghosting effects that cause motion sickness. Not a very bright monitor but does the trick most of the times on dark areas in COD. Keep the gamma up. The settings are broken and won’t disable eco mode and no way to update the firmware since one has not been released. Very fragile. Be careful handling this one.
