    Had to return because I received an open box item despite having ordered a new one, wouldnt have mattered if it was for me but it was a gift for someone else. Another thing was the 4ms response time, had to return in exchange for a LG monitor with 1ms.

    Good but gsync issues

    Overall good monitor, but like others having gsync issues. Was fine for the first month and a half then started getting random black screens that would last for a few seconds. Hopefully NVIDIA can have a driver fix but for now have to deal with going without gsync enabled.

    First off, I want to rave about this monitor. I want to love it, but the way the stand connects to the monitor has 2 easily breakable plastic "nibs" that promptly broke as I tried to put on the stand. Now I can't even exchange it because Best Buy remains out of stock. Also, my Display Port wouldn't work! I'm fairly furious that there really isn't a comparable monitor with the same specs and within this price range. This would easily be a 5star monitor if they built the back with a bit more care, and if I didn't get a dud.

    Where to start? I wanted to love this monitor but every time i get a Samsung product I end up hating it. I turned it on and wasn't happy with the color and brightness and tired to mess with the settings and noting really helped. After I got some of the settings to look OKAY I started playing GTA V with my buddies and then I started seeing these bold black lines outlining everything and I did some research and the internet said it was GSYNC messing up so I turned it off and the black outlines kind of went away but not fully. DP was the only thing that supported the 240hz so I used that but then plugged in the HDMI only supported 120hz which isn't that bad but i bought the monitor for the 240hz and then i notice there are more settings with HDMI hooked up with the response time you could change it to fast or slower response time you could just do a lot with the HDMI hooked up compared to the DP(also GSYNC only works with DP so I wanted to use DP for that) Final conclusion I didn't like the monitor and I think if you want to pay the full price of $400 for it you should just pay $100 more to get a better monitor. BTW I returned this item because i couldn't deal with it anymore.

    Had terrible screen tearing on an Xbox Series X, tried dropping down a lot of the settings include dropping to 60hz, no luck. It may just be my eyes, but I could catch the screen trying to play catch up in regards to what was shown on screen.

    Good and affordable 240hz monitor but when I received mine the control center on the bottom of the monitor was busted and I cant go right I dont know what happened but my audio just suddenly cut and im trying to figure that out still.
