I found it difficult to operate and apply settings with the monitor’s feature switch. It worked once and then locked me out of even enabling the monitor display - again and again. I confirmed that I was using the switch properly using the store display monitor but it wasn’t enough for me to just get a replacement. I changed brands and am happy I did.

Terrible Image quality at this price point

I set it up next to my HP all-in-one and it was obvious the color and sharpness didn't even come close even when I turned the brightness all the way up. The image is dull and dim looking compared to the HP. I really thought Samsung would do better. I'm returning it and purchasing the 27" HP Monitor I loved in my office. My advice, buy a HP!

Please know that the CRG5 has a 3000:1 contrast ratio that lets you see with greater clarity. Blacks are deep and whites are bright with more levels of shades in between.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

My desk shook mildly causing the stand to come apart and my monitor fell on my keyboard cracking the screen. Now I am out hundreds of dollars and have no monitor because of the faulty stand they provide. Avoid this monitor at all costs.

Broken when we got it

Opened it Christmas morning and it had a discolored line along the one side of the screen. It needed a separate power cord that wasnt included so we ordered that. Got it plug in only to find the right 3rd of the monitor didn't work. When we took it back we were told they had gotten a lot of them back with the same issue and could only offer a refund.

Don’t buy open box, I never got to use it

It arrived missing packing material and the ac adapter. Needless to say the screen was shattered. Took it to the store and it took them 20 minutes to tell me they won’t accept it. Sent it back via ups and still waiting For my refund 2 weeks later

Displayed image is very small. If the box had not gotten torn by my dog I would definitely return for a different monitor.

Specs are incorrect

It does NOT have any height adjustment. Since returned. Best Buy said they don't actually check out specs on products even though they are posted under specifications on their website.

Bad shipping, broken parts

Shipped haphazardly with but a single strip of bubble wrap between the screen and the broken stand. Somehow the monitor was working so i bought a new stand on amazon.

Why do I keep going back?

I don’t know why I keep buying Samsung. TV went out after warranty and now this. Switching input sources was difficult. The power cable was even too short and large.

Dont buy if your going to mount it
