Paired with an RTX 5080, this is type of monitor is the best option. Most games I run on high quality settings with DLSS and Ultra Performance as my settings. I average about 300+ frames on almost every game I play, especially CoD BO6. This monitor handles everything very well and it's a significant difference in picture quality and Performance vs a 165HZ 2K monitor that most people commonly use. When paired with a powerful GPU, you get a very smooth experience, significantly better picture quality because of the OLED, and yes, darker colors stand out better and more detailed, so things just dont blend in like they would on a cheaper quality monitor. If you know you can't get high FPS with your current set up, consider this monitor with the 240Hz limit, as it's a little cheaper in price, but the same great quality.

Amazing picture quality. Looks good in the games I’ve tried in the week since we’ve used it: Hogwarts Legacy, COD, Fortnite. I haven’t customized the display settings yet since the pc is also new, but I do get eye strain even while playing in the daytime. There’s an eye comfort menu option on the monitor (power button) that I turned on low but my eyes still hurt when playing for at least an hour. I’ve never had an OLED monitor so it may just be an OLED thing. Unboxing and set up was quick and simple. I do find the power button difficult to use with medium length nails. The monitor/stand also wobbles anytime the desk is slightly bumped into but it’s a solid monitor so I don’t think it’ll knock over.

1st monitor I bought in November and it’s great! Colors and fps is very smooth. Did not disappoint at all. Very easy to put together, it comes in 3 pieces. Looking into buying it again as a second monitor to have!

These Samsung Odyssey OLEDs are great. I have this 27" and 49" ultrawide. The color quality is great, OLED offers true blacks and really makes games look sharp. I could see some complaints about it not being bright enough when in a very well lit room, but I don't have that issue. Other than the quality of the picture on the monitor, I purchased this monitor for the connections on the back. I use the USB hub on the back, and both the Display Port and HDMI port. I will switch back and forth from a gaming console on the HDMI port and my gaming pc on the display port.

This monitor looks amazing and has great color, response time, and doesn't scream gaming monitor which i love. The only consistent issue i have with the monitor is the pixel shift goes too far over and cuts of a decent chunk of the left side of the screen. and only the left side. The close button on mac will disappear and the only way to see it again is to restart the monitor. Samsung says this is a feature and not a bug, so i cant in good conscience give a 5 star review. 4 stars because it is inherently flawed. They say its not a problem if the edge is cut off on their wesbite, but i cant see buttons so it *is* an issue. Go with a different brand that doesnt have the issue with pixel shift cutting if your gonna spend that much money. There is no way this is working as intended.

It’s been almost two weeks with the monitor and I cannot complain. The colors are so vibrant and the darks look so good! This monitor has improved my gameplay tremendously whether it’s esports or RPGs. 360hz is unreal in esports games. I was having difficulty at first getting the right picture. But with the calibration tool in windows 11 it’s been flawless ever since. Also the appearance of the monitor is just so beautiful. Extremely thin.

Game changer for dark games. I play a lot of Arma Reforger and my old monitor made it really hard to see at night but with this monitor changes the game. Much brighter and true black lighting makes dark color and night time in game so much easier to see.

Oled is cool during black moments but overall I’m pretty underwhelmed by this oled. This is my first so maybe I picked bad, but I just don’t really get to hype behind oled at this point with this purchase.

Don't be fooled by the "OLED" and "360hz" with "0.03ms" refresh times... this monitor doesn't push a sharp resolution and has a ton of issues displaying clear/crisp text. I did everything imaginable to sharpen that on the PC and even upscaled to 120% resolution to overcome this which drops the pixels down below its native 2k resolution. I wish the manufacturers stopped using the QHD, QWHD, UHD terminology and just said 2k or 4k native. The other horrible feature, presumably to prevent screen burn in is "pixel shift" which will cause your windows to bounce every minute or so 1 pixel left or right. At first your eyes think you're crazy and then you realize what it's doing and it becomes even more noticeable at night. Aside from all this negative, and the reason why I still give this monitor a 3/5, is that this thing comes in a beautiful metal frame with backlight and is a blazing 360hz refresh rate. Games run so incredibly smooth on this. If you don't mind the resolution problems, and you're using it for gaming, this is great - but maybe for less cash! I bought 3 and returned them after all my issues within the same week and got different ones.

Has a beautiful image and the PIP mode is extremely nice, particularly for playing games while having a show or youtube playing in the added window. Settings are easy to navigate and adjust. The sleek silver design makes it look extra nice as opposed to some of the more "gaming" looking monitors.

Great color and super fast. Easy to set up. Back led look good. Poor audio quality.

Very good colors a bit dim on standard viewing mode but if you turn on HDR it will bring the peak brightness up.
