Although 1080 is pushing it at this size the refresh rate and visual quality of this monitor are still very good. I would recommend this monitor if your set up has at least 2 feet between you and the monitor. If your closer you would want a higher resolution.

Provided a great second monitor for my MacBook Air. I use this pc for working at home and the curved monitor provides a large display that is easier to view applications. It makes scanning left and right easier. The monitor has great color and good sound for internal speakers. I haven't tried gaming with this monitor.

Now multiple viewers can see what is being viewed on my laptop without having to crowd around. The 27 inch monitor hives crisp viewing of what ever i am displaying on my laptop which makes it great for presentations.
