A great entry level gaming monitor!

This 27” monitor is versatile enough for use in your home office, or for gaming after knocking out some productivity tasks on your PC. In the box, you’ll find the Monitor, stand, a rear cover, the power cable, and some manuals/warranty information. The Monitor has 2 HDMI connects, a headphone jack, and a display port for use with most PC’s. There was no driver required for installation, and the monitor was detected with 1080P resolution out of the box. For those looking for a great budget gaming monitor, this does support a 75hz refresh rate, which in can be enabled using the display settings on your Windows PC (defaulted to 60hz). What this monitor does have over others, are speakers. This is great for those looking for a general purpose home office monitor, or those with limited desk space. The monitor is edge lit, which in darker settings meant some light bleeding from the backlight. While this was visible during darker scenes in games and video playback, it wasn’t too overwhelming. If you’re budget minded, this monitor is a solid choice for those looking to build a great 1080P gaming machine without the need for 144hz+ refresh rates or higher resolutions. The 27” screen does make it easier to view documents and some finer details in games. I found this monitor to be a great addition to my home office, using this mostly with my PC for productivity tasks, and some light gaming after work. I play a lot of MMOs, with Star Trek online being my favorite. Paired with a bit of a workhorse GPU, I found this to be a bit underwhelming for my gaming rig, but would be great for those looking for an entry level gaming monitor. Overall, given the built in speakers, 75hz refresh rate, and max 1080P resolution I’d recommend this for those looking for the best value for the money. It’s great for home office use, college students who want a versatile monitor, or those that don’t want to break the bank buying a larger monitor.

A Good Everyday Monitor

Its 27inches Full HD (1920x1080) which is a nice size and resolution for most home and office uses. The curved screen design is something I'm still getting used to, I've always used flat screen monitors, but from my first few hours of usage I found it to be a little bit easier on my eyes. The monitor has built-in speakers so you wont have to buy a set for your desktop build and they are pretty good sound quality. It aesthetically looks great with its minimalist design, super slim screen, and lightweight build, it all feels comfortable and ergonomic. The most stand out feature for me is that the monitor is fixed at 75hz for its refresh rate. When I'm buying monitors they are generally 60hz or 120hz so I was a little intersted in seeing if I would be able to notice any difference in motion speed. I find that 75hz is good for alleviating the diziness I feel when I switch from video and programs higher refresh rates to lower refresh rates and back. I'd recomend it for anyone wanting a workhorse monitor.

Never Came, Awful Customer Service

I kept contacting Best Buy and they kept telling me to wait and wait and wait. Well I waited 2 weeks passed my original expected delivery date and they finally issued me a refund. They did nothing to help me along the way. They told me to contact FedEx, however, FedEx never even received my package from them. Awful customer service.

It is like I was being dangled carrot in front of me! How ironic!!!

The previous monitor lasted for Five Years and I never had a problem and never had a warranty.

I went to best buy on the day I purchased the monitor to see the geek squad and while I was waiting I pick out the affordable monitor. Something is not right there with the geek squad and customer service. I will go into more detail on google

I brought the monitor on Christmas Eve. The monitor didn't work with the computer connection. No refund/exchange allow after 19 days. The store couldn't' come out and talk. I'm done with BB

Very ugly panel

I could not get the colors to display accurate. Reds looked pink. Very grainy ugly pixel alignment.
