    Never Came, Awful Customer Service

    It never came. I kept contacting Best Buy and they kept telling me to wait and wait and wait. Well I waited 2 weeks passed my original expected delivery date and they finally issued me a refund. They did nothing to help me along the way. They told me to contact FedEx, however, FedEx never even received my package from them. Awful customer service.

    screen glares, when i accidentally broke the screen, samsung promised that they can fix but cost as much as the display itself. It is like I was being dangled carrot in front of me! How ironic!!!

    Was a pretty bad monitor for gaming was almost 210 dollars and it was only 60hz honestly don’t recommend I bought another monitor for a cheaper price and it was 10 times better than this Samsung monitor do not recommend

    Garbage Stand causes Premature Failure.

    The Monitor twisted because of a poorly designed stand with a Heavy Monitor that because Curved monitor are very fragile. The previous monitor lasted for Five Years and I never had a problem and never had a warranty.

    The monitor is fine its the folks at your geek squad that conerns me. I went to best buy on the day I purchased the monitor to see the geek squad and while I was waiting I pick out the affordable monitor. Something is not right there with the geek squad and customer service. I will go into more detail on google

    Worst Customer Service - I will Never shop at BB

    If I could give you zero stats I would. I brought the monitor on Christmas Eve. The monitor didn't work with the computer connection. No refund/exchange allow after 19 days. The store couldn't' come out and talk. I'm done with BB

    No hdr, sdr colors were bad and even for a 1080p display it was very low quality. I could not get the colors to display accurate. Reds looked pink. Very grainy ugly pixel alignment.

    Bought open box, not surprised was returned. Input lag terrible. Screen refresh rate specs are less than competitively priced brands. Returned and bought a Acer which really happy with!

    Bought this with a Samsung plus care for 2 years from the store but they couldn’t help me with fixing it when I needed it.
