This was my first curved monitor and I love it, at first it took a min to get used but now it’s amazing. Great picture and it makes my gaming experience lovely

This curved monitor was a great addition to my new home office. The size is perfect with a round base that allows for stability on the desk without the risk of flipping over. The curve helps deter glares so that information can be easily read without sunlight or room light distractions. Great monitor.

I am extremely satisfied with this product. It works exactly as advertised and has exceeded my expectations. The setup was easy, and the performance is excellent. The build quality feels premium, and it has significantly improved my gaming/flight simulation experience. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality product.

I am so glad I bought this. It’s my second monitor but I chose it to be my primary in settings. It’s nice and big and it looks amazing. Very sleek design too. Setup was easy and there were multiple options of how to hook it up to your PC.

Love the curved screen and the clarity is excellent. Went from a 21" screen to this 27" screen, amazing difference.

I bought this monitor for my nephew to have a larger screen size for his laptop. The picture on the monitor is awesome. The 27” is a perfect size and actually much larger than I had anticipated. The monitor is great for gaming! So, I put it together only to find out that it leaned towards the user. I tried and tried to get it to sit up straight with no luck. Now, I’m definitely not techybbut my 22 year old daughter came over and happened to ask why the monitor leans so much. I of course explained that’s how I put it together and didn’t know any other way. She inspected the table support mount that is supporting the actual screen only to discover that there should have been a type of screw that went between the bottom support bracket and the stem coming from the bottom back of the actual monitor. I was missing the screw! Who knew since the package didn’t come with directions on how to do the assembly. So I just set the two pieces together and without a screw the monitor is just basically sitting and balancing together with no stable support system to pull the monitor straight up. I was hoping that it would never ever get bumped as it would just fall over cracking the screen. So, I basically didn’t get all the parts to begin with. However, Since I belong to Best Buy rewards all my purchases are tracked allowing access to past purchase receipts. Tomorrow, I plan to take the monitor to my local Best Buy store to request they provide me with the missing part to stabilize the monitor and bottom stand and or give me the same exact product with all the correct parts. I’m sure Best Buy will stand behind the purchase I made correcting my problem.

This monitor was a great choice for me as it has allowed me to work more efficiently from home. My wife had previously bought a monitor branded LG as soon as she saw that I had purchased the monitor. We immediately went back to return an exchange for a Samsung monitor quality is amazing and you can’t beat the built-in speakers

This monitor is just what I needed. The size is perfect. Since the monitor is curved, it allows one to relax neck muscles.

I bought this for my great nephew for Christmas and he loves it. He plays Xbox and loves the driving simulators most of all. This monitor really turns the game into making him feel like he’s really driving on the different tracks. Seems like since Christmas I’ve only got to see him in very sporadic moments he takes out off his room to either use the rest room or eat food. Even his friends are having trouble getting him away from the new experience this new Sylvania 27’ curved monitor has been WOW him with.

I love this monitor. The picture is beautiful. The curvature of the screen provides an aesthetic you don’t get with flat screens. I’m am most impressed with the sound. The speakers that come with monitor are so loud I have to keep the volume down to a minimum.

Mainly using this monitor for my college courses online. Provides nice clear images on the screen, speakers sound great, and just all around functions great. In the process of purchasing a second one to be more productive with school work and complete assignments easier.

These Monitors are perfect. Arc three around your desk with a gaming set up, USB-C >HDMI converter and use a gaming laptop under one of the screens to make it an epic Gaming system set up! Graphics are awesome and sound quality is pretty decent. This set up also makes working from home a breeze.

Love this curve monitor! I did not know it has built in speakers. Majority of monitors you will have to attach speakers. Samsung monitor has appearance that feels like a TV and just a monitor. Works well with Apple M2 Sonoma computer.

I purchased my first several years ago and it finally blanked out after so many years of service. So, I chose the same, updated version. It's a little more curved which is better for close-up viewing. Image is sharp, pairing/mirroring with Macbook Pro was easy. Love it.

The price is debatable, but it looks incredible, the image and video is fantastic, and I didn't know it had speakers. Those sound pretty great too, was previously using a sound bar so I hadn't noticed until one day it was blasting VERY well. Definitely a great purchase.

The stand isnt a big issue with mine as ive read in other reviews. Compared to the other monitors ive had. This one takes the cake. The colors are vibrant and the refresh rate is mint. Id recommend to everyone balling on a budget

The Samsung S39C occupies what feels like a odd space in the monitor market, being a sort of "jack of all trades" in features, while not particularly excelling at any of them. To start with, let's look at the specifications. We've got a 27" curved display offering FHD resolution (1920x1080) at a 75hz refresh rate. It also features a low-latency game mode and AMD Freesync support. It does not appear to support any form of HDR, if that matters to you. A 1000R curve is somewhat sharp for a screen this size. More often you'll find screens with softer 1500R or 1800R curves. This will likely help to reduce eye fatigue somewhat, but that's hard to quantify. Combined with the blue-light reduction feature, you may find this screen easier to stare at for hours on end. I haven't really noticed a difference yet. The stand is nicely flat, allowing for placement on your desk without interfering much with things you might put over it, and a single clip at the base helps to keep your cables organized. However, absolutely no adjustment is possible. You can't raise the height or adjust the angle, and there are no VESA mounts. The construction of the monitor is your standard black plastic. The back plastic is textured, and the product page proudly points to this as a feature in an effort to make it feel premium. It doesn't. The back side of the monitor features two HDMI ports and a single displayport, along with a headphone jack for audio passthrough and an input for the power cord. There's a basic cable management clip on the back to keep things tied to the stand. If you're the kind of person who likes to hook other inputs up to your PC display (like a console) there's likely enough inputs to serve your needs. It has a pair of built-in speakers that serve their purpose. Not glorious, but not terrible either. In my testing, I found that AdaptiveSync paired with an AMD GPU worked a bit better than Nvidia G-sync on this screen, which you can enable even though it isn't validated as compatible. While the display has a "Game Mode" that you can enable for lower latency, I couldn't tell the difference. For productivity, I found 1080p to be just a bit too low a resolution for a 27" display. Windows text is slightly blurred from the low pixel density of the screen. It's passable, but not something I'd want to look at for hours on end while working. The picture looks at lot better for gaming. If you're a PC gamer who has a video card meant for 1080p gaming, like an RTX 3060 or Radeon 6600XT, and you primarily play cinematic AAA titles (e.g, God of War, Spider-man, Star Wars, Hogwart's Legacy), the S39C will serve you that immersive curved-screen experience with a smoother framerate AdaptiveSync. So if that's you, then it's worth giving this monitor a look. But if you've got more powerful hardware, you're looking for something for office work, or your setup requires different mounting options or adjustment, look elsewhere.
