    Monitors are great but the service at the Winter Garden store for curbside pickup was horrendous!!!!

    Bought this open box and came with the essential screw to connect the monitor and stand went to return but with no avail now using monitor against the wall

    Purchased to WFM (using excel spreadsheets). Inquired while in the store if the quality of the laptop would be comparable to new Samsung laptop I had just purchased, didn't want to see the beautiful clear graphics on the laptop and have a monitor that looked like graph paper. After explaining this to the BB rep, she went to speak with the Samsung rep who happened to be in the store that day. She returned after he confirmed the choice would work. Long story short, this monitor is the worst, awful for looking at anything especially excel spreadsheets. Left for Spring break the week after I purchased it, came back with intentions of returning it only to find that BB has changed this return policy to 15 days. Oh did not mention I purchased the extended warranty. GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    this item was noted as a open box item with only some small scratches but complete. The mount was missing, so I have to buy a mount. I don't feel like wasting fuel and time to take it back. I tried talking to someone on the phone, but your not allowed to talk to the store directly. just terrible customer service in my opinion.

    The monitor came as expected. Easy to install and connect. The resolution does not meet a regular PC user’s expectation.

    Image quality grainy and it crapped out after a year. It is inexpensive, so maybe this is exactly what I should have expected.

    Not worth the money. Poor build quality, bad light bleeding along the edge, have to use a menu to shut off, power/menu button feels cheap and flimsy, not height adjustable, barrel power adapter with external power brick, not good for gaming or office use. If there was a disposable monitor this would be it.

    Is it the best monitor I've had? No, but it works. It's great for those who work from home/hybrid and have a work laptop. The display is nice but it's not the best I've seen. Still a good product if you're looking for an affordable 27" monitor.

    Was given wrong monitor and when I went back to store to return, they no longer had that particular monitor. hey never rectified the issue, just tried selling me a more expensive monitor.

    This is my fault because I assumed most computers come the same way anymore, if not even more but there is no webcam or speakers. With this and the tower I got, I would have to buy too many add-ons. I don't think we're as wireless as we had once begun to be but adding on is also adding more wires :(

    half of the monitors delivered are defected with dead pixels, remember to check for dead pixel for each and every screen purchased guys

    Received the product with damage at the top left of the screen. Visually the monitor is working well but is clearly damaged. Will be returning and getting a new one. Hopefully that one will be fully intact.

    Best Buy sold an open box item for a brand new price. The carton box was sealed when the rep handed it over to me. But when I opened it I realized that this was returned by someone. The parts were already opened and screws were already fixed and there was one missing fastener. I approached the customer support but they weren't of any help. Disappointing :-(
