Setting button difficult to use

Poor picture clarity even after adjusting the settings. Plus the setting button itself is terrible, hard to use, confusing instructions, and required repeated attempts to adjust even simple settings. Returned to Best Buy for refund

Went out after 14 months so get a protection plan

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Stopped working after 14 months, which of course is 2 months after the manufacturers warranty expired so that means I have to pay for any repairs for a monitor that should have lasted way longer than that. The problem started when I went to hook it up to my new computer and the monitor picked up HDMI signal for a second then stopped working completely. When it's plugged in to HDMI it just rotates between the inputs but never registers the signal then just goes to sleep. I took it to Geek Squad and they couldn't get it to work either. Bummer that this was one of the only times I didn't get a protection plan. I won't buy a Samsung again.

Though the monitor works fine with the apple mac or HP/any laptop as additional display.

Broken only after 2 years...

A little expensive product to be so crap only after such a short time of use. Very upsetting, expected more from Samsung. Lesson learned, never buying anything from them again. I wish I could put less than one star. Shame on you samsung!

It will be time for us to call the Geek squad to help to get them to work together again. So far very disappointed in the performance of these monitors

I let my PC sleep and when I want to go to turn it back on it doesnt want to show me my PC screen and keeps doing the switchy thing instead. Save your money, invest in a better monitor.

Best Buy won't help, even though it hadn't even been 90 days since we purchased. Contacted Samsung, had to send monitor in, it came back, worked for a day and back to not working again!
