    The display is very dim even on the highest setting. Something is wrong with the pixels where not everything is clear. Very cheap quality. I do not recommend.

    It died less than two months after I purchased it. I only used it occasionally. It's an impractical paperweight. Do not buy if you value your time and your money.

    Not a good monitor

    The color is sort of washed out and yellow-ish. 27 inch is a little too big for a FHD monitor. The edge of text is fuzzy and is not focused when zoom in and out. It is very unpleasant to look at things at website.

    I was in a clutch and I ordered this to get started with work. I am unable to see any image on the screen, tried it with 2 laptops, a PC and a Amazon smart TV cube. I contacted BestBuy regarding the same and I was put on hold for 30 mins without any response.

    Trash stopped working after a couple of months

    I do not recommend this monitor especially for Gaming it barely lasted a few months then the screen wouldn't come on better off getting a high quality gaming monitor.

    Dead Pixel

    I bought this monitor about two months ago. After a month, a few pixels on different parts of the monitor started turning black and now I have a black line at the top of the monitor. BestBuy required having a plan to address the issue and the plan fee is same as the price of the monitor. Very disappointed with my purchase.

    The cards don’t work

    Three of the cards don’t work I bought a whole bunch of cards for Easter for my children. Three of them don’t work and it’s $45 worth of gaming cards.

    Incompatible with Mac OS. Desktop is oversized, grainy and inaccessible not matter what setting. Now I'm being told its too late too return this oversized paperweight piece of junk. Thanks Best Buy. I'm returning everything I've bought in the last month from you.

    I bought this item not happy at all the screws are missing and the moniter has some scratches. I would like to return this item. And purchase a brand new one one since this was and open box item? I will never buy any open box item again is not worth saving 10.00 bucks that was the only savings I got on this item

    Was broken when we took it and hooked it up, which happens, I understand but for the guy to to say right to our face that we dropped it. Originally was going to exchange it but at that point I'll take my money elsewhere.
