Nice monitor with a fatal flaw.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung - T350 Series LF27T350FHNXZA 27" Monitor.
Please know that this monitor does indeed tilt. It has a tilt range of -2° to +20°, as listed in the User Manual.
Place the monitor on a flat sturdy surface, hold the base down firmly with one hand, grasp the top center of the bezel with your other hand and push firmly and gently back. This should tilt the monitor screen back. To tilt the monitor down, just push the bottom of the bezel gently and firmly back while pulling the top of the bezel towards you.

Dead Pixels

It doesn't automatically come on with the laptap. I have to manually turn it on AND unplug and plug it back in to the laptop port for the screen to appear. I'm disappointed.

Okay Best Buy, You Asked For It

I ordered the monitor online. Instructions: Ready in 1 hour. I waited one hour. Went to the store. Waited in line 10 min. The rude, obnoxious young man said, It's not ready, you're supposed to wait for an email. I said, Well, how long will it be? He said, I HAVE NO IDEA, now STEP ASIDE. I said, 5 min? 2 hours? "I HAVE NO IDEA. STEP ASIDE." I went to the CS desk. I could buy one on site if I found it. I did, and tried to buy it. The clerk said, Well the one you ordered is read for pickup now. I went back to same place. Same guy. "I told you, it's not ready, now STEP ASIDE." I said, the other guy said it was ready. "It's not, now STEP ASIDE." ANOTHER guy behind him said, Is this it? My monitor was right behind that man who embarrassed me and insulted me in front of a line of customers. He rang me up, and looked at me. I said, "Are you going to even thank me?" He said: "YOU'RE WELCOME." No sorry, my apologizes, let me help, nothing. I will never, ever go there again. I'm a buying customer! There's just no excuse. The monitor, though, is great.

Cannot Screw the Stand to the Monitor
