We've had this less than three months and it's got a screen malfunction. Samsung said they won't cover it because it's 'cracked' which IT IS NOT. It has been sitting securely on a desk this entire time. It's never been knocked over. Hard lesson learned about not buying geek squad (which we always do, but I thought a Samsung monitor would last forever). These companies who don't want to stand behind their products is absolutely getting out of control (and I thought Samsung was a good one, I have bought their phones for years). I would buy something else. Don't buy this. Don't buy Samsung monitors.

Beautiful image, easy to set up. Everything works well; using a VGA connection cable (my computer has no HDMI input).

I brought two, but one of them has dead pixels. If you buy check for dead pixels.

Works well enough, but was too much hassle to be worth returning imo.

I just unpacked the monitor I bought from Best Buy, which was sold as an open-box item. As I started installing the base, I quickly realized that the screws needed to attach the base to the monitor were missing. I understand that open-box items might have minor issues, but missing essential parts is unacceptable. It’s very frustrating and disappointing. Wouldn't recommend buying open-box items if they can't ensure all the parts are included.

I bought this monitor on Black Friday and the first day it came in it had a dead pixel. So I contacted Samsung and they had me send it to their repair department to have it fixed. A week and a half later I get it back and it looks perfect for about a couple days. Then a BIGGER blot of dead pixels shows up on a different part of the screen!! I'm normally a fan of Samsung TVs, but their monitor department is seriously lacking.

Horrible. Bought 3 separate monitors and every single one had dead pixels. The 3rd one had some weird lettering burnt into the screen. Pictures are of THREE different monitors. Never again.

Bought this monitor last year. It has two light leakages on the top frame now. Super annoying. Couldn't get it replaced because just out of warranty. Don't recommend.

Worst monitor I’ve ever seen. Just gave out on me after normal use for less than a year. Very unimpressed and will never buy another Samsung product. Currently have the HDMI connected and it can’t detect it and thinks it’s analog.

Very disappointed on how this was handled. I was told a new one was going to be shipped with a replacement, bestbuy delayed it and cancelled my replacement. I told them i couldn't drop it off at a store location due to work hours. 15 day policy is a scam, now im stuck with a store used when i bought as a new.

I believe I was sent somewhat of a faulty monitor because on the bottom right of the screen it's seems like it's more bright than the rest of the screen, it's pretty annoying because I see it as a eye sore and it's very distracting for me when I'm doing anything

Replacing an older monitor, this is one of the two I went with for the new setup. You can generally trust a Samsung panel to have great color and that holds true with the one. I'm very pleased with the overall look of the picture, the small bezels, and the ability of a VESA mount for a monitor arm. Very solid monitor that doesn't break the bank.

This monitor may not seem big to a lot of you but compared to the one I had, it's a giant. It makes things so much easier to read an the color is so much brighter.

Great monitor for the price. Color display abd easy to set up.
