It has been more than a year. No issues what so ever. Can't figure why people say it's a noisy fridge. The only noise is when it drops the ice yes it does bring your attention. Other than that you can't fill this fridge up. All the space in the world.

I read all of the reviews before buying this product. When we first got the refrigerator in 7/16 it was perfect. We loved the flexibility of the 4th door. However last month we have had the issue that the flex door keeps consistently "defrosting" itself , therefore we have lost a lot of food. Samsung has sent someone out to repair it 4 times now and it still doesn't work. Matter the fact both freezers are not defrosting. Samsung of course is not backing their product and because it is still under manufactures warranty , Geek Squad protection will not help either. Two different repair companies have both said they are not able to fix it. Buyer beware :( BTW I do love the refrigerator space.

Really like the flex fridge. Only dislike is that the top doors don’t shut naturally. Have to push all the way shut or it just bounces back open.

Lots of room. Love the 2 door freezer. Only complaint is that when you get ice it seems to be a mixture of cubes and crushed no matter what setting you put it at.

After days of research, we decided on this refrigerator..we have been happy with our purchase - except for the ice maker....the cubes are too small.

Great Refrigerator. We were looking for something with a large freezer and this was the largest we could find. Really like the size, ease of setup, and flexibility.

We have only had this fridge for a month or so, but it is pretty awesome. Very sleek, flexible and surprisingly compact. I like that it shows the actual temperature on the outside as opposed to what you typically would set it at. The look is also very classic.

Extremely spacious and modular. Love the clean look of 4-doors instead of drawers on the bottom as well as the flexibility for the lower right quadrant. Love the sleek look, very satisfied.

After moving the shelves around and figuring out how to convert the bottom from freezer to refrigerator, I love this product.

The staff were professional and very acommodating; I had questions and concerns and they made sure I was satisfied at every level. Thanks Best Buy!!!!

We love our new Samsung 4-door fridge. The black stainless finish is very modern, and the idea of a customizable compartment (fridge, freezer, or chiller) is great. Best of all, Best Buy matched the price of a competitor.

Hopefully the third time is a charm. This will be our third Samsung refrigerator in 4 years. By now the manufacturer has certainly worked out all the bugs... right? This is way to early for an accurate review. Check back with me in 5 years. Full disclosure... I have a Philco refrigerator from the 1950s that is still working perfectly and has never needed service.

We bought this fridge in September of 2018, the first service call was a month later and since them about every 4-6 months. The first issue is the ice maker freezing over, they replaced it and seemed to fix the issue. However the next visit we discovered that ice was forming on the condenser coils inside the fridge, this blocked airflow to the freezer (and fridge area). They came and replaced the back panel inside the fridge section and defrosted it, but 4 months later is was frosted over again. This has happened 3 times so far and now I am seeking a full refund from Samsung and Best Buy. The inside temp of the fridge is around 50 degrees. This is a safety hazard. I would not recommend anyone purchase a Samsung refrigerator. Do some research and you'll see all kinds of issues with Samsung refrigerators.

This refrigerator has plenty of room to meet the needs even a large family. I really enjoy the fact that throughout the unit there are clear drawers that make it easy to know exactly what I have in each section.

Purchased this refrigerator almost 1 year to today. The refrigeration itself functions and food stays cold etc. The main issue which is major (if you plan to use your fridge for ice and / or water at all) is the ice maker. At the time of this writing there is a lawsuit pending against Samsung for using the same ice maker in multiple models. My ice maker constantly (three to four times a week) freezes up and does not dispense or produce ice. Samsung wants to try and repair mine up to 3 times before they will even discuss a refund. You can do your own research and see via YouTube there are multiple people that have same issue and got full refunds years later. Apparently I am not good enough to receive the same treatment from Samsung. I would not ever buy a Samsung fridge ever again.

Love my refrigerator. Best purchase. Lots of room which I really needed. Use the bottom right section as a refrigerator addition to store all my bulky vegetables.

The refrigerator has lots of room. I like the flexibility of having extra space with the flex option. The shelves that are adjustable are very nice. The shelves in the door are really nice. Lots of extra space to put small items.

This new 4 Door Flex Black Stainless Steel refridgrator is one fridge with a huge interior and the ability to use 3 compartments as a refridgrator and one as a freezer...and no finger prints on the Black Stainless Steel!!!

Samsung's refrigerator is innovative with a sleek design. I specifically like that I can change the 2 bottom parts between freezer and refrigerator. It holds more groceries than we were ever able to put in our old one.
