Love my new fridge, love that it have extra cool zone storage..

Great fridge, but the ice maker is so bad that it ruins the fridge. The amount of ice that build up around the ice maker prevents it from dumping the ice into the bin. I have to use a hair dryer at least every other month to thaw out the ice build up. Awful design!!!

Decided to upgrade my kitchen appliances from stainless steel to the more modern black stainless fingerprint resistant. Exceeds all my expectations. Features are outstanding.

I purchased this Samsung refrigerator in March 2017 and also a GeekSquad Service. The fridge broke around April ‘20 and due to the Covid situation Best Buy GeekSquad couldn’t send out a technician which is understandable. After the lock down has been lifted, called back BB and was scheduled an appointment with a company and they neither called ahead to confirm the appointment, was a no show on the day of appointment and no response to 10 plus calls I made to this company. Spent 2 hrs calling them in between my job and next day call back BB, and was connected to this company and they responded by saying they were having system issues and couldn’t get an appointment till 4 weeks after.-Another 2 hrs gone I called up BB once again and now scheduled with Company-2, 4 days after my NO SHOW show appointment. I get a text from company 2 after half hr that they had to reschedule me to 5 days later. What do I do? I end up calling BB again and BB sets up another claim with the same No Show Company-1 in a 4 days. Received a call from company-1 and inform me that they do not have an appointment till 4 weeks after and BB systems had incorrect schedules on their end. We are almost shopping and forced dispose of leftovers daily without the fridge.

Refrigerator is great that it has 4 door, and the flexibility to have the bottom as a freezer or refrigerator. It makes it so easy to organize the freezer and see what you have!

I seen this refrigerator online I was not to sure about it , but my wife convince me to make the purchase .when we got the refrigerator install it look good and tons of space , I love it know .

Always have been a great fan of Samsung... we went away from the brand on our last purchase and regretted every day. Supper happy with the purchase and the product!

Great refrigerator! Easy to use! Easy to clean! The separate sections makes it easy to store things and open the doors less! Keeps food fresh longer!

We really like this new refrigerator. The use of space and LED lighting are great. The only drawback is the noise. I'm not used to the humming sound it makes or the pinging sounds. Our old LG we never heard anything from it. We know this refrigerator is in our kitchen. It always humming and stuff.

love the flex option, lots of room ,I got the black stainless no fingerprints.

Design is a more modern black stainless steel finish. Fourth door can be swapped to be fridge or freezer depending if you freeze many things

Love the fridge but cant give 5 stars due to delivery experience.

I like the design. Price is little high. Easy to use.

I havent found anything I cant fit yet. Only downside is the ice machine location.

We looked at many models of refrigerators when our original one started to create snow. This one had all the features we were looking for and more.

Big and beautiful. I am so I love with this refrigerator and all it’s features. I’ve had several different types but this has to be my favorite. I highly recommend it.

Almost a year of ownership not one problem would recommend it is a huge fridge may not fit in my doors

Love the look! Also love the flexibility of the FlexZone. Wish the doors were self closing.

Love the doors on the bottom freezer. Eliminates the issue of not being able to find anything in the giant drawer.
