    Samsung Sucks

    The description CLEARLY stated fingerprint resistant (manager and salesman verified & came out to my house to see the issue). Samsung refuses to back up their description, telling the store and myself that it was "buyers remorse". My remorse- buying a Samsung product. Also for practicality reasons- we wanted the flex zone since we have a stand alone freezer also- and the shelf configuration doesn't allow for much in the way of storing milk, multiple juice or tall items like 2 liter soda bottles. My advice.....DO NOT BUY- or if you consider it- take your empty containers and try to fit your normal weekly items in the model at the store.

    Ice Maker Issue

    Samsung is aware that their ice maker is no good. The refrigerator is a good refrigerator. The ice maker started freezing, which prevented it from working. Now, 2 years later, the ice maker stopped working. Samsung continues to use the same malfunctioning ice maker. Samsung needs to fix the broken ice makers and stop using bad ice makers.

    Samsung has the worse appliances ever

    Samsung has the worst appliances I ever bought. Refrigerator freezer that’s out refreezes for no reason. Spent $1000 extra for outside door. Piece of crap. Doesn’t open properly half the time. Cooktop won’t work half the time. Wall oven had to be replaced within 7 months. Cooktop cuts off due to heating issues. Heat sensor replaced same issues. Cooktop goes from setting 3 to 15 by itself burns food. Samsung has no customer service. Very poor. Closes out tickets with no repair tech ever sent out over and over. No return calls from Samsung. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT MADE BY SAMSUNG! BEWARE! BAD SAMSUNG REVIEWS ON LINE. RESEARCH BEFORE YOU BUY.

    All it does is breakdown

    My landlord bought this refrigerator 4 years ago with a warranty thank goodness! I moved in in 2019. Since I moved in this refrigerator has done nothing but break down! First the refrigerator went down twice in a matter of 3 weeks. We finally get the frig working & now the freezer just went! It’s absolutely unacceptable to have a refrigerator that’s this expensive & all it does is breakdown!!

    Bought this in June 2018. Icemaker constantly freezes up into a giant block - unusable. Otherwise fridge is fine.

    Constant problems. Don’t buy.

    DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG. From the day I purchased this fridge, the ice maker has given me trouble. After 4 service trips out here, Samsung wants to tell me it’s out of warranty even after they told me there was a recall on the ice maker. Too much of a headache.

    Expensive piece of junk

    Bought is 2018. Ice maker stopped working in 2019. Had to battle to get it fixed under warranty. After that it was repaired and works, but not as good when i first bought it. Now, the freezers are not working in 01/2022. Trying to get service is a joke.

    Go elsewhere, for reliability

    Bought this fridge in Feb 2016, So far the unit has had a freezer frost problem twice, now the unit under left crisper has water leaking problem. Buy the LG brand. I think Samsung is still new to the appliance thing and really don't have great skills at form, function or reliability.

    Compressor Failed

    8months into it compressor failed. Still under warranty they said they will replace the compressor. 1 week into it no fridge. Love the look and low noise. Cross finger

    Frozen over icemaker in no time. Do not buy!

    I would not recommend this refrigerator to anyone. It's only a matter of time before the icemaker freezes up, which in turn makes the fan hit it making a horrible nonstop sound and eventually no ice. I also forgot to mention that after that the display says one temp but a thermometer placed in the fridge plus your spoiled food tells you another. Check out the Samsung Facebook recall page of thousands of people complaining about this beautiful fridge that has nothing but problems.

    Bad ice maker

    Well after 4 years the ice maker started jamming up every couple weeks I have to pick away the ice build up the flex area doesn’t freeze that good

    Overpriced piece of garbage!

    This is the most frustrating purchase for our family in the past decade. A $3000 fridge that's broken twice within the first 3.5 years of ownership. The ice-maker stopped working after 2 years and would have cost hundreds to repair... not worth it. This week the fridge stopped cooling causing us to lose hundreds of dollars in food! Samsung warranty is worthless. Avoid this high-priced piece of garbage and Samsung altogether for appliances!

    Compressor Issues

    2 yrs., 8mo. compressor failed, freezer stop working a week ago, the. the fridge stop cooling too. Takes up to 2 weeks to get a new compressor and all my food got rotten.
