The refrigerator is very nice, plenty of room, and I only deducted 1 star because as others have said it is a little louder than my last one, but not terrible........but online buyers beware!! Best Buy credit card would place a pending charge when the order was placed, and then a second pending charge a few days later which resulted in over 4000.00 of pending charges which put me over my limit, so they cancelled my order!! I called to complain, put in another order after they said it would be fine, and it auto cancelled again!! I ended up changing the payment method by putting it on another card with a much higher limit to avoid another cancellation!! I have ordered high dollar Nikon cameras and never was double charged, so why the problem with an appliance? Then after all that, it went on sale for 750.00 cheaper and I had to call them for a price match lol... rant off...anyway it’s a good fridge, but you better use a high limit credit card.

So far this has been a great fridge and we are glad we bought it. Storage capacity is outstanding in this thing. The french door system is great for accessing all or specific sides of the fridge. A huge bonus is the two adjustable shelves on each side of the fridge! The individually controlled storage drawers are perfect for what we need with a great capacity which helps keep the inside well organized. Lighting is consistent and bright enough to see every corner inside. The water filter is extremely easy to access and change out when needed. The ice dispenser takes while to fill up initially, but once it does, it has worked perfect so far. The controls for the ice and water dispensers, temperature settings, Lighting settings, alarm settings, and energy settings are extremely easy to use and very conveniently laid out. It is a very clean look that helps keep the entire fridge looking good. All the handles are very sturdy, the doors open and close very well (actually easier when loaded versus an empty store display). We are overall very happy with this purchase. We had Best Buy install all our appliances and everything went very smoothly and professionally.

This is a very well set up unit. It is easy to organize, see and reach contents. Superbly controlled compartment temps and humidity help food items maintain freshness. I would like a larger ice cube storage down in the freezer as other units have.

Plenty of space for all you necessary food. Water from front is angled which is good but also splashes a lot. Also it shows every speck and fingerprint. I was expecting it so I’m not surprised, but every little thing marks it up.

Very spacious fridge that has many compartments. Chill very nice.

Overall solid product. My only issue is that the doors are slightly uneven

Fridge looks amazing! So far it has been great. Wasn’t sure if I was going to get more freezer room going with a bottom freezer. But wow, when I moved everything from the side by size to this bottom freezer I was amazed at how much room I still had left! (side by side freezer was packed) Love the space on the top fridge too. Just went grocery shopping brought home a bunch of stuff including 5 gallons of milk and everything fit with room to spare! Now the space on the door where the water dispenser is seems a little worthless but think the overall space is worth it. Was first thinking I wanted those slim ice makers to get more door space but after seeing them at the store, thought the storage space seemed about the same. Not worth it for the reduced ice. Water tastes great from the dispenser. Ice amount seems good, haven’t ran out. Husband fills his 40 oz yeti with ice before he leaves to work and we still have ice for our drinks during the day. Great fridge.

I bought this for my cottage so I was looking more for price and convenience then a ton of added features. It is a nice fridge with great lighting and space. The water and ice are slower than the LG I have at home but it was also a $1000 more. For a simple, nice Stainless fridge with standard water/ice option, for the price you cant go wrong.

Lots of usable space for the dimensions of the fridge. Others of the same size have much less interior available space. Sliding freezer drawer inside the freezer allows for easier and more efficient use of the freezer space. Ice maker works great, although sometimes you can hear it. The fridge is easy to keep clean inside and out. With all its features, it is an excellent value for the price. I would definitely buy this refrigerator again! Only took down a star because the ice machine/fridge itself can be noisy at times.

This is a pretty piece of stainless! Lots of room, although shelves on left door are near to useles because they are so shallow! Ice maker is adequate but not enough for entertaining! Lots of storage. Freezer is an adjustment (we are used to side by side unit) but works well! Lots of space! Overall happy with product. The water dispenser does finish slow and can tend to shoot after it should -leaving leakage.

I have had this refrigerator for 3 months after upgrading from a Kenmore for 17 yrs and it broke down. It works great and has sufficient space for a family of four. We like fresh food and are light users of the refrigerator except for food we stock and dinner for up to 2 days. We were skeptical of the design with the freezer drawer on the bottom. but now we like the separation between the main section which is used often and the freezer which we use less. Ice and water cooling is good. The foldable shelf design is convenient for tall items. The food does remain fresh so I believe all the marketing gimmicky 'twin cooling' ' cool select'. The alarm goes off if the door remains open - which is a great feature as it trained us well. Maintenance seems to be much easier than the 17yr old Kenmore model that I had. Few odd things The shelves in the left door are very narrow if you buy this thru-the-door ice and water model. The cold water tap through the door is oddly designed and unless you hold normal sized bottles or cups really close to the tap, you will end up spilling. The filter is oddly placed but out of the way. This is a good sized refrigerator so make sure you check the dimensions of the area where you place it. It does not have too many fancy features like Internet connectivity, but good balance between the high end models and the economical ones.

This is our 2nd Samsung fridge first one broke after a year and a half so Samsung gave us a full refund so we took a chance on the newer model Added lighting and more storage space is a plus. This newer model is very quiet and has tons of space. Very nice fridge so far.

We bought this fridge about 2 months ago and although we are happy with it, it is a bit louder than I would expect from a new fridge. Nothing terrible but more than I would expect. On the plus side, it is HUGE inside. We can fit double what our old fridge would hold and it is the same external dimensions.

This freezer is great. Very spacious. Has a great amount of door space also. It is a little noisy at times. Also when you close the freezer door you have to give it a few seconds to reopen.

This refrigerator has a lot of space which is great. My only qualms about this refrigerator is that the ice machine doesn’t work as well as my other LG side by side. It seems to dispense ice slowly and I have ran out several times. I think that is good and bad for the fact that the ice won’t be stale or caught at the bottom of the bin. The second part that I did not consider when buying a French door is that you cannot dispense ice or water while having the other door open. Seems like a petty complaint but it became more and more noticed when trying to fill cups while a family member goes to dig through the fridge. The worry with a bottom freezer seems to be that things become lost at the bottom similar to the chest freezer I have. The shelf helps but if it’s at the bottom it does take a little effort getting to it; it then becomes a Tetris game of trying to get everything to fit again. Overall okay just those 3 things.

It looks great and there is plenty of room in this fridge! 2 negatives I can find that are prohibit just normal with this style fridge: 1- When the ice maker makes ice you can here it drop from another room. It's loud! They should have insulated it better to resolve that issue. 2- You can't use water/ice dispenser if the right side door is open. This is annoying for a multitasker like myself. Not a big deal though, would kill me to show down a little and patiently wait... 3- The plastics celephane wrap is still on the edges of the fridge about impossible to get off and I don't have the free time to sit and pick at it. I had it delivered by best buy and they said that was the best they could do... Otherwise it's a great fridge. I live the space, organization, and the look. Haven't had any trouble with the black stainless coating yet.

I like the storage this refrigerator has. It is great for holding canned beverages. The only real issue is that it seems to take a very long time to make new ice compared to other refrigerators I've had.

Great lighting. Excellent use of space, love the 3 door model. It is a bit noisy. It was an open box item, it was cosmetically damaged more than described - we did not see it prior to purchase/delivery as it was shipped from another store.

We are very pleased with the size and features of this refrigerator. We did not need the "Hub". It is easy to see and set the temp in refrigerator or freezer. Plenty of room for food. Our only issue, and not that big of issue...the ice dispenser does not work too well on narrow cups, some ice will end up on the floor. Retailer: Best Buy's Price Match Guarantee is legitimate; they matched the best price we could find by $40, provided free delivery and install. Installation: Best Buy Geek Squad installed the unit, professionals all the way! They safely took the doors off hinges and replaced them after the install. They connected water line and thoroughly checked for any leaks.

Overall we are very satisfied, but there are 3 weaknesses that I wanted to point out. 1. While there is a lot of space in the refrigerator, the shelf configuration makes it awkward at times for our family of 7. 2. The ice maker takes up a lot of space and doesn't produce much ice (it is both slow and unable to create large volumes of ice). 3. The compressor is quiet, except when it's not... Most of the time it runs quietly, but other times it is so loud that you think something is wrong with the fridge. This concerns me in the long-haul, but it has a great warranty.
