So far so good with this Fridge. The middle drawer is awesome, we use the cold drinks setting and it keeps our drinks at 33 degrees so they are ice cold! We also love the through the door ice and water..one of our main buying reasons. Our old Samsung fridge did have condensation freezing behind the panel so hope that doesn't happen with this one.

we owned a Samsung fridge before and really didn’t want to go Samsung again but the sale rep reassured us that Samsung improved and we will not have any problems. Well the ice maker broke in less than a year. Everything related to the ice machine was frozen too much ice build up which is why the machine broke. Kinda similar to our old Samsung fridge. So we weren’t happy at all. They sent geek squad to repair it. Took about 2 weeks because parts had to be ordered. Fridge is now working as it should but I’m afraid of when my warranty runs out, it will break like the last Samsung fridge. Never again will I buy Samsung fridge

So glad I purchased this and not one of lessor quality. Hats off to the delivery crew, they were great.

This refrigerator freezer is excellent with only two drawbacks. One the ice maker does not make clear ice is fragmented and cloudy. It is darn hard to clean the finish on this refrigerator. Otherwise it's an amazing unit and keeps everything nice.

delivery was on time but I haven't used it yet. It is beautiful and seems very large

This is a great fridge! We really like the deli drawer (beer drawer) It's really spacious and the lighting is nice. The only drawbacks are it's easy to leave open and the alarm isn't loud enough, and the ice machine makes mostly crushed ice. Other than that we love it!

I love this product, it's spacious fridge portion holds a whole weeks worth of groceries and still does not look full. The new Fourth drawer is by far the best invention to the new fridge. We use it for cold drinks but you can adjust the temp for anything from wine and cheese to snacks for your little ones. Love love love this fridge!

Great fridge, lots of good storage space. Love the adjustable shelves. The lighting allows you to see everything, even what's hidden in the back. Really like the pull out drawer! Hand prints on face of fridge is a downfall and I still need to figure out a good product to clean them with.

There isn't anything I don't like about this refrigerator. I love all the adjustments available with the shelving to make room for anything you need extra height for. Having the middle drawer is awesome! No more having to open the door when getting a snack. Also, love you can change the temperature for the drawer to meet your needs.

This refrigerator is very spacious and the stainless steel color is beautiful. I have no complaints with this refrigerator however for new buyers of these type of refrigerators that live in warm states, be sure to take off the energy saver as this will cause water droplets to form around your refrigerator doors.

No problems at all from delivery to performance. Looks great and does exactly what I was looking for.

I really love our refrigerator. The different zones have much such a huge difference in our ability to keep food fresh and not waste it.

The inside lighting is great. Love the space. One thing on ours is you really need to shut the freezer door hard. If you have little ones make sure you check it.

The ice maker quit working after 2 weeks, then started and quit again. It was very noisy when it ran. Obviously the 1st one was a lemon. Replacement is much better so far.

This is a great fridge with some great features. It is in a sweet spot for its price vs its technological advancement.

We like the overall performance of the included ice and water dispenser and the extra refrigerator drawer. The drawer is convenient and adds a lot of storage space especially for sofa and beer cans, but also deli meats and cheeses and eggs.
