The only problem we had was a month after we bought it the ice maker stopped working, but all we did was press the reset button and we had ice the next day.

We are very happy with our Samsung fridge. I did a lot of research on consumer reports before we made our purchase. The only bad thing I can say about the fridge is the ice maker shoots the ice out so some of the ice falls on the floor. Other than that it's a great overall refrigerator.

Like the flexibility. Like the design of the ice maker delivery system, much better than the Whirlpool in-the-door storage / delivery systems. Motor "hum" is slightly louder than desired.

I bought this fridge couple years back in black. Loved it. I needed another fridge but wanted it in stainless and bought this. Love it. Easy to keep clean, plenty of space and the upgraded front display is easy to use.

Very roomy, looks great but it cycles on often and is loud

The Samsung 4 door french door fridge is gorgeous. Very large interior and lots of room for groceries. I have yet to be able to fill the fridge up! LED lighting is wonderful and even has a light near the water dispenser. Seems to make ice quickly and fridge is very quiet. The extra drawer is great for meal prep containers and storing cold drinks. The outside does smudge and collect finger prints very easily, but I guess this is the same for most stainless steel appliances. Best Buy delivery team was wonderful! Arrived on time and showed me all the features of the fridge before leaving.

We bought the Samsung 28 cu. Ft. 4 door French door refrigerator in stainless steel. We have had nothing but problems with the refrigerator since we bought it. I definitely would look at a different brand refrigerator! Since we bought it the ice maker has never worked properly. It would crush the ice instead of giving you whole cube. The ice cubes would come out partially thawed. First the ice cube tray cracked. That was $130. I continued to have the problem and contacted Samsung. They would just send an email saying to check for leaks, ect. Nobody got back to me with a real solution. Then the problem continues but now the ice maker freezes up and there is ice froze on the outside of the ice maker and the ice cubes jam before falling into the ice cube tray. I contacted Samsung again and they told me to do the same thing. Check to make sure the ice door is closing, check for leaks, and empty everything out of the refrigerator and let it thaw. NOTHING fixes it!! I am absolutely so fed up with this useless refrigerator. I have to thaw the refrigerator and ice maker out once a month. That is absolutely ridiculous! And now there is a loud humming/grinding noise in the back of the refrigerator. Please save yourself all the hassle that I have had to go through with this JUNK refrigerator and go with a different brand. The refrigerator and ice maker are useless and Samsung customer service is horrible!

The ice maker is extremely slow and takes up space that prohibits full use of that side of the refrigerator door. In fact the door section in front of the ice maker is of no practical use. The freezer works well but a drawback is the middle drawer where everything gets stuck together. The refrigerator recuperates quickly while in heavy use and the temperature is even throughout. But this machine is a no recommend because of the ice maker.

This Fridge is lightyears beyond the one it replaced. More room, quieter and well designed. The delivery/installation team were top notch and were in and out in just over an hour. All-in-all a great experience.

I was hesitant to purchase this. Chose this over the LG because of the icemaker on the LG. Didn't think I would like the middle drawer. Turns out it is very beneficial for me. I love the water/ice dispenser, and can't complain about anything. Installers were great too.

Love everything about my new fridge! Gave it four stars because the water dispenser doesn’t measure the amount of water dispensed....otherwise...I love this appliance.

Shelves have multiple storage positions to accomodate larger items. Door racks can accomodate gallon size containers. The middle refrigerator door works good for the kids drinks since it is easy to reach and temperature adjustable. Quiet.

Very happy with this purchase. Our previous fridge was similar but without the middle drawer. Very handy for medicines that have to be refrigerated and also gives us tons of room for our canned beverages thus eliminating extra space in the main fridge area.

Beautiful space, well lit, and many different options. Noise when ice-maker decides to make ice, but it seems to deliver plenty of ice.

Especially like the pull out drawer. I use it to hold snacks, lunch meat, candy bars, tub butter and many other things that we use on a consistent basis. Also like the freezer compartment as it is easy to access. The water and ice thru the door is great. I'm beginning to drink more water as it tastes so much better than tap water. The French door compartment is difficult for me to use as I am less than 5 ft tall and it's hard to reach items stored up high and to the back. I like the fold up shelves. What I don't like is the odd noises it makes. I did a lot of research before I purchased this refrigerator and believe I got my money's worth.

I am disabled and this refrigerator was a replacement for our large side by side. We never bought this brand of appliance. We are pleasantly surprised by the functions this refrig provides. I can now reach everything. Its much easier to keep clean and provides quite a bit of space. Only one thing we didn't get with this one, significant gallon storage. I think some space is wasted by not putting larger door shelving to take advantage of the space between the door and the shelves. The shelves are nice and deep so I would add the space in the door storage. Overall great appliance.

I had the worst experiance ever with the delivery. They must their appointments three times in a row. When they finally delivered the refrigerator it was damaged. Then they told me they be back the following Friday showed on Thursday. Again another damaged fridge. Keep in mind this is over a 3 week period just to get my refrigerator delivered. Finally the showed up again 3 days later unexpected without a call. After all this they the managed to damage my front door I'm now chasing them around (3weeks). Still Not resolved. It's been now over a 60 days and I'm still dealing with this. It was and still a complete disaster

Everything works very well. I love the extra drawer with its own temperature setting. One big problem for me, but it's just a personal situation. I had to leave home right after it was delivered - daughter having a baby. When it was shipped it was shipped in the "cooling off" mode for a store display. This means that the lights and fan work, but the compressor is not on, so when I returned a week later, some of the food had spoiled. Unfortunately, the information on this did not show up in the instruction manual until page 20. Something this important should be on page one and a label on the front of the refrigerator because it is the first thing you need to do after you plug it in.

The space and layout of the fridge is very nice. It accommodates a lot. The two bottom drawer option was perfect for us to have a snack drawer for the kids
