The outside dimensions of this refrigerator were the exact same as my old side by side, but this new one has over 3 more cubic feet of space. Love the extra space. Very good looking, and very functional. Love the smaller middle drawer that you can adjust the temperature on depending on what you store in the drawer. Overall a good product, and hopefully will be a dependable refrigerator for years to come.

Great appliance at a reasonable cost; delivered on time, and set up by professional and courteous delivery men. The wife loves the refrigerator and convenient storage space.

This Samsung refrigerator has a lot of room and it is very well lit. Very efficient use of space; it feels like it holds twice the amount of food than our old fridge could handle. Storing leftovers after hosting parties is a piece of cake now.

I would recommend this fridge to any couple or small family because it has plenty of space for just about anything. as close to counter depth for a good price. I got a good deal on it and so far so good. Does take a bit to get very cold and super freeze but i am still happy with the purchase.

So far it's been a month. The first handle we received on the freezer had issues. It wouldn't allow the set screw to go all the way in. Once we got that fixed, we haven't had any issues. Dealing with BB over that was silly though. They almost sent us a new refrigerator rather than a new handle, because it would be easier for them. Really? Wow. Anyway, my only complaint is it doesn't seem to fit at much as you would expect. I'm moving up from an 18ft. fridge and this seems comparable. The freezer is for sure bigger, but I think the lack of storage space on the door hurts it. I like it, my wife loves it.

We love the drawer, we keep drinks in there to keep them colder than fridge and easier to get into. Would of liked option for double ice maker though.

I love the refrigerator havnt had any problems. It's hard to get the glass shelves out to clean and also difficult changing the temperature settings. Within the first 30 days of purchase the door handles were very loose....I bought a kit from WalMart and just tightened them, problem solved. I love the space, set up and how it matches with my kitchen.

Lots of space, good lighting, and quiet. I previously had the exact same type in a KitchenAide and it was quite noisy. Delivered in 2 days, had the old one out and new one in in less than an hour. Great service in store and delivery/install.

The size is great and the center drawer is very handy. However the compressor is louder than I was expecting it to be.

The doors arent installed, so you will have to install them. Pretty simple. Comes with the wrench (Allen wrench) Haven't had any problems. Haven't noticed any noises. Very quiet. The stainless is not smudge proof. My wife's regret. If she had to do it again, she would get smudge proof. The drawer that houses lunch meats, has a divider that doesn't lock. I've checked online and this seems to be an issue with everyone, no way to fix it. Live with it. When you shut the drawer, it always moves. I plan to remove the divider. The sticker that is placed on the controls, left sticky stuff on the face. another sticker on the stainless front, did the same thing. I bought goof-off and it removed the sticky goo, with no problem. Get a stainless steel polishing cloth. You'll understand if you buy it. Ice maker seems to keep up, but is very slow to dispense. The crushed ice mode, doesn't crush very well. You will find full cubes, 50% of the glass. Door dispenser will not operate with any doors open. The water dispenser is much faster than our old whirlpool. Wish the ice was that fast. The leveling feet are really tight. I was concerned about putting pressure on the plastic feet, but they broke loose. Hope it last. it's really beautiful in our kitchen.

I bought this Samsung refrigerator during the thanksgiving sale so it was discounted for $1500. I had this fridge for about a month now and I must say that I have been impressed with it both for its functionality and looks. The double doors provide easy access to the items in the fridge. The freezer has another drawer in it, although much shallower, that allows smaller items to be organized. Then there's the easy access drawer that offers flexibility as a fridge or an extra freezer. I would have given this 5 stars but there is a slight humming sound that is louder than our previous fridge.

The only flaw of this appliance is the ice machine. The ice gets stuck together and doesn't dispense often. Other than that great size and space and happy so far

This is a wonderful Refrigerator. It has plenty of room and the extra middle drawer for cold drinks is perfect. The only complaint I have is your house needs to be kept cool in the summer for the unit to run efficiently. It has a nice finish and looks modern in my somewhat new kitchen. I would recommend this a firend

A great refrigerator. A lot of interior space, the middle drawer is great for deli, freezer has a lot of space. Ice maker works great. It runs very quietly, hardly hear it. Would recommend.

We purchased this on black Friday Sales and are very satisfied so far. Some reviews said it was loud but not at all to us. Storage space is great and do like the 4th door drawer.

I had my 8 year old GE refrigerator go dead with perfect timing. I purchased this duing the 4th of July sale. Refrigerators are not items I typically research for purchasing, so when I was forced to by one, I didn't realize that the savings during the Independence Day sale were really worth it. I can't say that buying any refrigerator would really be worth paying over $2,000, including this one, but as an overall assessment of the product, it is fantastic. The cooling remains consistent, even during warm weather, and Samsung has an extended length warranty on the compressor, which can be the most expensive fix on any refrigerator. The 4 door setup is great. I didn't realize how appreciative I would be of that compartment alone, until I realized how great it can be to have a dedicated drawer for 12oz cans and water bottles,that keeps a temperature separate fromthe main fridge. And considering how spacious the fridge is inside, it also happened to be less bulky than my 25cubic foot ge. So, for those of you that are in the situation I was in, I would definitely have this particular model on your list to buy. The original retail price was over 3000 dollars. It has been on sale for 2, maybe 3 years, and hasn't been discontinued. Judging from the way of modern day sales, There is something to be said about a product that remains around that long, despite not having been just announced. I am hoping that this one lasts longer than the 8 years my GE lasted, even if I was told that is typical average nowadays. If I were to have any criticism, it would be about the finish being a fingerprint magnet, but that is something I expected. I just didn't realize how prominent it would pick up prints. Nothing an easy side-to-side wipedown can't cure, with stainless steel wipes. Overall...this model is worth it.

Everything is great. Nice and roomy. The only problem we have is the smudge marks. But other than that it's great.

Great for space and sparring different types of foods. Took a while for us to get the right one to fit the space we have but so happy we got what we wanted.
