Love the fridge the only issue is how the water comes out. It comes in an angle so when I am trying to fill up my water bottle or something it's a challenge

I've only had it for just under a month, but it is working fine so far. I love the middle drawer, we keep my sons snacks & juices in there and it's easy for him to get to without standing with the door open looking for what he wants.

It took a little while to get used to the French doors, but now that we've had it a while, we love it. The freezer drawer is great, and we love the smaller drawer too. Our only complaint is that bottles of water in the drawer tend to freeze when the temp is set to beverage. We love the flexibility of the shelving, and have used the features often. It took a while to find a configuration that suited our needs, and were concerned that there would not be enough door space, but we've figured it out and it works great. The freezer is much more spacious than we expected it would be!

Almost everything about the fridge is great. A lot of space for refrigerated and frozen food. The pullout refrigerated drawer is the best. The only downfall is the ice maker. It runs out of ice quickly and is pretty slow.

Saw product at vacation home rental. Ice maker occasionally noisy. Some wasted space on left door (ice maker side). Still overall pleased with purchase.

We've had this fridge for only a couple of months, but so far so good. Has plenty of room for a family of 5. Fridge is quiet, the ice maker makes plenty of ice for us, and the middle drawer is handy. Glad we chose this one.

I love having the French doors, having a freezer on the bottom and I especially like the flex drawer. It is a bit noisy at times, but am getting use to it. The freezer and flex doors are noisy, too. Doors do not shut by themselves. The ice maker is providing enough ice for two after a month of use, and we will make sure we either buy or make ice ahead of time when we have company. Need to use wide mouth containers to avoid having ice fly all over. I can't fit as many condiments in doors as before because we feel we need to put milk and juice there which we didn't do before. We may change how we arrange things in time as this is a big refrigerator (28.2 cu. ft.) for two people. The manufacturers should cover the black refrigerators with plastic as they do for the stainless steel. Ours was scratched by the delivery crew. The next two replacements had a dent on the side which we rejected. Now Best Buy is going to replace the three doors that were scratched.

It is roomy, quiet and excellent on temp controls. It has enough space in the freezer for all our needs. I was able to shut down the old upright in the basement and move everything to the new freezer with space to spare.

This thing is huge, so be aware how far it will stick out into your kitchen. The front is a bit busy for my tastes, but the middle drawer was worth it. Ice cold drinks all the time with just a hint of ice crystals! Plus, I don't have to open both french doors on the top to get to it like the lower trim model. The door shelves on the ice maker side are only good for the smallest of items. The lighting is excellent. I don't like having the filter take up space in a fridge, but this fridge is so huge and the filter is so easy to access that it works out just fine. I looked at every fridge available at multiple physical stores and online. For my needs and preferences, I still don't think there was another one that was better suited without spending another $1K. Plus, there are very few with a black color option that isn't stainless. Too bad that it downgrades the materials in the drawers from stainless steel lined to white plastic. Not a criticism of this fridge, specifically, but I don't understand why fridge manufacturers don't include a) an indention to accommodate the water spigot and b) some way to support the weight of a stainless steel waterline and external water filter (I like my water double filtered).

If your fridge is located next to a wall, this is the fridge for you! I've been "stalking" this refrigerator for 2 years and am so happy that it is finally mine! Our previous side-by-side fridge allowed limited access to items due to its location next to a long wall limiting the door opening. If your fridge is next to a wall you know what I mean. The exterior Samsung Flex Drawer gives full access. In my opinion complaints about limited door storage and tall item storage are unfounded. Lots of options and room for all the holiday food. Large divided freezer with pull out shelf/tray, great lighting, love it all. Looks great in my average size kitchen. Geek Squad delivered it and set it up so everything was done correctly and ready to go.

Had a minor issue with ice maker. Called Geek Squad and they were very responsive and repaired in a timely manner with no charge

Excellent refridgerator. Very spacious and the moveable shelves are a gear bonus. The middle drawer is great for your fruits and vegetables. Keeps everything regulated with adjustable temperatures. Love the freezer on the bottom. The tray and dividors make organizing a breeze. Must have. The quality for the price beets all other fridges.

The water dispenser shoots water all over and finger prints show on the surface. It was supposed to not show the finger prints.

We've only had it for about a month now - but it's great. I love the bottom freezer and easy access top. The middle drawer is perfect - and it makes good ice.

Love the item second one the only downfall is the ice maker. Had to replace three times in one year.

Upon purchasing this refrigerator, we were apprehensive in light of the many negative reviews of ALL refrigerators. This one, however, has been operating just fine for the past month, and it has all of the features that we like. It is especially easy to operate, and temperatures are kept at a constant level. The delivery and setup also went smoothly. In order to find a door wide enough, the delivery persons had to carry the refrigerator to the rear of our home and remove (and reinstall) the drawers on the refrigerator. They handled all of this quite professionally.

We looked at several places, and nobody could match best buy's price on our new refrigerator. The customer service was the best. We would definitely go back.
