Love the fridge but wish the apps were better. Some apps work intermittently and some don't work at all. I was looking forward to using the epicurious app for recipes but it doesn't work at all. Phone mirroring seldom works. The phone app is terrible but I don't plan on using it anyway. I like the weather, notes and calendar. The best part is listening to music while I'm in the kitchen. I've only had the fridge a short time and haven't had a chance to use the TV app yet. I only recommend this fridge if you are getting it at a good price like I did. I don't recommend buying it solely for the apps or you will be disappointed.

This is a large refrigerator with lots of space. The snack drawer is very convenient for smaller thing you need quick access to. The shelves are adjustable allowing for easy storage of tall items, and the drawer freezer on the bottom is easy to keep organized. The storage in the left door is very limited due to the in door ice dispenser. I would give 5 stars, but the fan and compressor is louder than other refrigerators I have owned. If you need a really quiet appliance, I'd look for an alternative.

Searched a bit to find a fridge that seemed large enough to hold typical family food. This does the job. Sliding shelf and flip up shelf allow for easy reconfiguration to hold extra milk or tall wine bottles. The extra drawer can hold many, many cans for parties or lots of snacks for the kids. Easy access without having to open the large doors is nice. Freezer is a good size and the freezer drawer helps to keep things organized. So far, so good.

First of all I love the name Samsung everything they have is great, what made this deal so sweet was it all was a package deal with great pricing and 18 month financing. We are having our home built and will install these new appliances so I will give my review then but I'm sure it will still be a 5 star rating.

I got the new fridge as a Christmas present (2013). We knew immediately that it was not property making ice. After repeated calls to the manufacture and service calls they concluded that the fridge was defective from the factory. We were told we could get a refund or replacement fridge. All I wanted is a fridge like I originally bought. By May that model was no longer available. Samsung was not helpful and even rude. The whole process was very lengthy and frustrating. I finally got a replacement fridge in May 2014. Best Buy stepped up and went above and beyond to make this situation right because the Samsung, the manufacture refused! We will defiantly continue to use Best Buy for our appliance shopping but will think twice before we purchase another Samsung product. Their products have nice features but if there is ever a problem they are not NICE to deal with, and that is a deal breaker for me.

This has been a great refrigerator. It’s quiet. The ice maker works good. And I love the extra drawer.

This thing cooled down within hours of plugging it in. Plenty of room for all your items as it has the middle drawer that I wanted in a new fridge. Is very simple to use as all controls are on the door. The temperature display for the fridge and freezer can be seen evey time the door is opened or the water or ice is activated. The internal water filter must be a good one as the water tastes good so I have been drinking less bottled water. This fridge is bigger than the one it placed but it fit in its space better than I expected. The interior lights up super bright so all items can be seen clearly. It is very quite and the silver exterior is spectacular.

I buy this for my son,s house.He and his wife pick the model.When they had it .they telling me it was great.They are not complain any thing.

This refrigerator is beautiful and very functional. It has tons of space and is perfect for helping keep things organized. I love the extra drawer!! I highly recommend this!!!

This product is great- I can't believe how much space it has for food items. You need to get creative with condiments in the doors (due to strange layout with icemaker on left side) but surprisingly I was able to make it all fit(right door is normal). The Freezer bottom is huge and has a tray on top for the commonly used items. The ice maker is very quick in refreshing ice even though the well for the ice is pretty small. I can get 3 large pints filled to the top before it runs out.

I really like the convenience of the extra accessible compartment which I use to keep beverages colder than they would be in the main refrigerator compartment.

This fridge has a great use of space, which makes it very easy to use. On the down side, it seems to run often and the fan noise is much more noticeable than on the fridge I replaced. Also a bit on the pricy side.

This is our first Fridge like this, we don't use a lot of freezer items, so having side-by-side didn't make sense. Love the size inside, we are a family of 6 and their is plenty of room!

This is the first purchase of a French Door, freezer on bottom. Really like the features. I chose black to match the other appliances, the finish is very nice and free of finger prints.

Great fridge. Much bigger than our old one. Would have been nice to know before purchasing that the fridge requires 3 1/4 inch extra space on the right for the air vent. No sales person or online spec mentioned that.

We've only had this fridge for about 2 months, but so far so good. Setup was easy, settings are easy to change, controls are intuitive. The dreaded ice drop is not as bad as people make it seem, and we found only the first drop (when the ice container is completely empty) to be excessively loud.

Makes the food you need easily accessible. Adjusts well to take all sizes of bottles and food containers. Keeps the vegetables crisp. The only drawback is ice maker drops the cubes erratically

So far, it's vary nice. The refrigerated section doesn't seem to store as much as my old side by side but that may be due to the custom drawer. Love knowing the actual temps. We set the frig to 35 and the freezer to minus 5. Can't get the glue from the protective shipping stuff off the doors

We had been shopping refrigerators for about three months, looking for this type of model at the right price. Best Buy got it right! Love the bright lights inside, the ice-maker keeps up with a family of 6, has plenty of space in both compartments. Love the changeable shelves. So far so good!

Love all of the room and features. Only complaint is the “compressor warranty” sticker on the front was obnoxious, and when we took it off it left a dullness on the stainless steel that is not a sticky residue, so take that off with caution. There were other stickers/ tape as well that apparently were in the wrong places according to our delivery guys, but their residue was able to be cleaned off with some elbow grease.
