Samsung is a very nice product and this fridge is very spacious.

It’s hard to read all the bad reviews about this refrigerator, because my experience is so different. I purchased an entire bundle of Samsung appliances in December 2018. I love this refrigerator and the amount of food it can hold. My deep freezer in the basement holds a lot less food nowadays because I can store more items in this freezer. I have NOT had any issue to date, and I’m on the 2.5 year mark. My one single gripe though, is that water dribbles from the ice dispenser moments after you dispense ice. Outside of that, there are absolutely no issues to complain about. From order placement online, to the actual delivery, my experience with BestBuy was seamless and top notch. Sorry if your experience didn’t mirror my own.

Very nice refrigerator except for the water dispenser

The refrigerator provides for adequate storage and the multiple draws make it very accessible for ages.

We've had this refrigerator for about a month. So far we are happy. We like the extra drawer which we use for kid snacks. Fingerprints are hard to remove. Even with stainless cleaner.

I like this fridge def. Has a ton of space and looks nice. Only negative I would say is it can be slightly noisy from time to time. It is not constantly noisy just when it's circulating from time to time.

Great use of space. Very attractive. Keeps everything very organized. Love the versatile temp controlled drawer. The water and ice often leak down the front of the fridge and the stainless is difficult to keep clean - it smudges a lot! Other than this it is a great fridge.

The refrigerator looked Beautiful in my kitchen, a Great WOW factor! But not as spacious and functional as I'd like. The extra compartments, shelving, and 4th door takes away height and length from the fridge making it hard to store things that are tall like gallon of milk, orange juice, condiment bottles, leftovers foods in large containers, etc...

Was not sure how fridge drawer would work out but we love it! Great looking fridge. No issues in first 2 months.

I've been watching this Samsung French Door Refrigerator for several years, but my old one wouldn't die. This is just what I wanted. I love everything about it. The lights are bright, the drinks are cold and I love the roomy freezer with the pull out drawer. It's not so large that things get lost, but plenty of room for my needs. My vegetables seem to last longer in the crisper and my deli meats stay nice and chilled in the pull out middle drawer. It's excellent; I love it.

Looks great and love the middle drawer. Very easy to clean.

I like the organization of the drawers, etc... The ice maker doesn't seem to freeze the ice thoroughly ... melts fast.. Would like more height space for Bottles, etc. Fridge looks nice, but wish I would have researched further. Don't hate, but don't Love.

The fridge does what it's supposed to, it keeps our food cold / frozen. There is a low frequency hum or vibration that I can hear all the time. We had a service tech come out just to tell me that the sound is normal. Not sure we made the right choice in picking this model.

Been looking at this model for a while finally bought it. Great refrigerator. The middle drawer is a super feature. Very spacious. We picked the one with the middle drawer because the other ones you had to open both upper doors to access the big drawer inside.

it has a lot of room and the design is mind blowing like they made it personally just for me- the features are simple - the only thing, it's a little noisy - it make sounds but otherwise, the fridge is excellent

Recently purchased this from BB with delivery service. Delivery people were very quick and efficient and made the out with the old, in with the new seamless. The refrigerator is very nice and allows for a multitude of organization options. I particularly like the 4 drawer combo setup as it allows me to keep items that I don't want in the general fridge area separate. Everything is working well and i'm very happy with the decision to purchase this over other options.

Excellent design, we found that it had more room than our last fridge. We are very pleased with the purchase.
