We bought this refrigerator 2 months back for our new home. Found the service to be good but after about a week or so it started making some loud noise all the time may b once every half hour or so ...sometimes too loud tat it cud even wake me up. So we put an exchange order thinking that the problem wud b with that particular piece. We got the new refrigerator a month back after exchanging the old one, and the problem became even worse. this is a disaster now...its sooooo irritating to hear the noise every now and then, especially when guests are at home. Its even more noisy and even more frequent. Two of my other friends have got the same refrigerator, and i was surprised to hear from them that they too have the same noise problem, so i think this particular model itself has got the problem. Other than that performance wise, look wise and space wise its a gud one to choose.

This refrigerator/freezer is spacious and is very quiet except when the ice actually falls. It looks great and I love the middle refrigerated drawer. We keep drink bottles or deli food in the drawer at all times. The freezer has plenty of space and so far has stayed organized.

It is very spacious, lots of smart features and looks great.

We previously purchased a similar fridge but an LG. Unfortunately, had to leave it when we sold our house. Overall, this Samsung fridge looks great and works great - hence the 4 star rating. Only dings (compared to our previous LG): 1) The water shoots at an angle towards the inside of the fridge. Not a huge issue but when you are trying to fill a bottle of water it's a bit challenging and we spill the water; 2) single lever for both water and ice dispenser. Our previous LG had 2 levers (one for each). Not a huge issue but have to pay attention what setting is on. If I'm trying to get ice and my wife poured water, guess what comes out.

Samsung has done it again! Excellent refrigerator in terms of both design and functionality.

Everything works as advertised. A little displeased with the hesitation in the doors as they close and open. Would prefer a smooth swing so I could just push the door closed; even with my hip, when my hands are full. Would also love a fridge that had doors that would open when the fridge is next to a wall!

Although it runs a little noisier than I wanted, overall it is a good product so far. We love the space and the snack drawer. We've only had it a few weeks, so I guess time will tell!

Great looking appliance. I love the middle drawer that holds fruit, lunch meat and beer! The freezer has great storage space and the stainless steel is easy to clean. Highly recommend.

A very modern looking refrigerator with all the requisite bells and whistles needed. Very spacious and includes the twin cooling system and a convenient middle drawer. The fridge has been working great and there have been no issues.

This is our second Samsung fridge. The other one we had was 7 years old and stopped freezing...a week later stopped cooling....apparently the Freon was low on this closed system. 2 repairmen recommended buying a new one. Keeping our fingers crossed this one lasts longer.

Great refrigerator with a lot of storage! The middle draw stores platters but I use it for drinks, wine and more. Lots of options. The only thing that is a disappointment is the filter for the water. Only last 6 months and needs replacing at $56 at a time. Hard to turn snd if you do not get it back in correct you will have a flood! Very sturdy and heavy to move to clean behind/under. So you’ll need help moving it out when it’s time for that chore. Very quiet even when making ice.

I love this fridge. The smooth white exterior is very easy to clean and doesn't show fingerprints. Lots of room and the multiple adjustments that the shelves allow is great. The freezer keeps things separated and easy to find. Didn't think I wanted the 4th drawer, but it is great for meats and cheeses so they won't get mixed up with the fruits and veggies in the crisper drawers. It is so nice to have a quite running fridge too.

So far it's been great. Looked huge at first, but have gotten used to it. Ice maker is a little louder than the last fridge we had, but that doesn't bother us. The amount of space is truly awesome, as is the flex drawer.

A lot of space, absolutely love that. Water is cold every time. SO FAR works great.

Just had the fridge moved to our new home. It's quiet and looks great. No complaints
