The refrigerator is noisy. Had to have the ice cube dispenser fan replaced 2 weeks after purchasing. The compressor generates a humming noise as it operates.

I can't say enough positive about this refrigerator/freezer. It is large capacity with drawers and shelves that are well designed, easily adjustable and with good fit and finish. It maintains steady temperatures , has an efficient water/ice dispenser and the freezer is deep and spacious while also having a freezer drawer that allows for additional space and storage. The interior spaces seem to have been well thought out and the middle drawer is infinitely adjustable. The stainless steel finish is pretty but like all stainless surfaces, shows fingerprints and smudges. We knew that was an issue before purchase and for us, it is not an issue at all. I would buy this refrigerator again.

Lot's of space,l great for a large family, runs quiet.

I misgauged how deep this refrigerator is, so it protrudes pretty far out from the adjacent counter top. I also miss my old side-by-side frig's door space for tall bottles of soda water, wine, etc., and the ease of viewing freezer items. I still haven't gotten the hang of stacking things efficiently in the bottom freezer. But the Samsung is gorgeous and efficient. All in all, we're pretty happy with this refrigerator. Oh and it isn't loud, as some reviewers have said elsewhere.

This refrigerator is exactly what I was looking for. The main refrigerator is large with an adjustable shelf and section that can be slid underneath to accommodate tall bottles. I love the middle drawer, we use it to keep beverage cans out of the main refrigerator. And the freezer is much more convenient than a side by side.

We chose this 4 doors because my kids can use the middle drawer.

Very spacious, cools quickly,ice maker fantastic. I saw a lot of complaints about the noise,but I really dont notice excess noises. I love it!!

Had the fridge for a few weeks now and it's great! Whisper quiet unlike some reviews state. Yes sometimes you hear the ice maker late at night but sounding like a bomb went off no way. I'm glad I ignored the few negative comments left by others as this fridge is top notch!

This is an excellent refrigerator. Kids love the extra drawer just for their yogurts and drinks! Mom and dad love all the room...especially for the pizza box!

So I originally purchased the same fridge, but without the flexzone drawer. Initially when the door was left open, like when putting groceries away, I could hear something dripping onto something hot and making a sizzling noise. I thought it was just from having the door opened too long; however, after days passed, the noise would happen consistently without the doors being left opened. I was nervous that it was going to cause a fire so I upgraded to this fridge. Low and behold, I hear the same thing! I dont know what it is or if it's a fire hazard, but I'm not taking any risks and returning it for another brand. Oh and the door with the ice maker is useless. It's just engineered terribly. You cant fit anything, but small skinny jars. I bought the entire samsung package. The dishwasher is awful. I called to have it serviced because the glasses were coming out dirty and I dont put unrinsed dishes in there. The detergent would be stuck to the door after a cycle which is 3hrs. Right before the service it burned up at 1month old and was replaced with the same model thinking it was just a fluke. Nope, the new one does the same thing. I tried to upload a pic to show what it looks like after a cycle, but it conveniently wont upload. The gas stove is nice, but for being 5.8 you cannot fit 2 baking sheets side by side, you cant close the door. So I'm returning everything and going with LG. Just too many uncertainties with these appliances.

We eat a lot of fresh food. This refrigerator gives us more storage for fresh food than any other refrigerator we have ever owned. It has ample space for frozen food -almost like a mini deep freeze. We love the flexibility of the Flex Zone drawer. Overall it runs quietly except for the ice-maker as it releases the ice from the trays.
