Really like the design, inside layout of fridge is great. Control panel works very well. Door ajar alarm is very nice feature. Ice Maker is very space efficient. Center drawer is fantastic. Do not count on it freezing food. It does not. Center drawer is large enough to hold a full standing rib roast to cool it for cutting. Bottom freezer provides for easy access good amount of room. Have a separate full freezer to augment this freezer space.

Has plenty of storage and like the feature of the middle drawer for entertaining.

delivered on time but ice water tube was accidentally cut during unpackaging. GeekSquad quickly to the rescue with replacement part sent directly from manufacturer. Very spacious and energy efficient for its size. Be aware of its dimension to cover enough room for openning door if situated between countertop and cabinets.

I love this fridge. The only down side is the left side of the fridge doors have a couple uselss shelves. I'm sure with time I will figure out what to do with them, but at this time they sit empty.

I read some reviews prior to this purchase and was a little nervous about all the reviews indicating the ice maker was unbearably loud. Yes, it's audible when the ice drops but no it does not disturb my regular life and most of the time it's not noticeable. I like this fridge a lot. It is a decent size for my family. There's a flexibility in the interior shelving that I appreciate. And I debated about the flex drawer necessity prior to purchase, too. I love it. Use that drawer all the time for drinks and entertaining. It's also perfect if you have kids and want to save it for their snacks.

If you can fit this frig in your space I totally recommend it. It has all the conveniences we had hoped for and the icemaker on the door totally made it worth our while. We averaged two bags of ice a week before this purchase. We haven’t bought a bag since. Best buy gave us a great price that couldn’t be beat. Adding the 10% in Best Buy points with their credit card purchase made this a no brainer. I don’t think we could be happier!

I only have 2 complaints. The ice maker is terrible. It takes forever for the ice to come out. Maybe there is a problem with it, but it is bad. I don't like the divider in the middle drawer. You can't lock it down so everything shifts when you open or close the drawer. Otherwise it is a nice product - the water from the door is so cold. Like the french doors and easy access to things in the freezer.

Did the research and was looking for a large, French door fridge that comes in black. Samsung seems to be ranked the best and this one fit the other minimums we were looking for.

This appliance is well designed and engineered. A lot of usable space and superb lighting. The fit and function of the doors is top notch. Delivery and installation was on time and very professional. I do not have a single negative thing to mention.

This one is tough. This is the third Samsung four door in 16 months. It has some problems with the ice machine and computer board. All issues were handled excellent by Best Buy and or Samsung Warranty. I overall love the fridge, but you definitely need to purchase the extended warranty. After all of the issues were fixed it works great and we have a lot of space for all kinds of differently shaped items.

This is the second Samsung french door two drawer refrigerator I have purchased. We are so pleased with it we bought a second one for a new house we are building. The first is in a vacation home. The flex door is the best thing on the market today.

I love this refrigerator. I haven't had it long enough to give 5 stars so I'm giving 4. Read a lot of reviews about ice maker being loud. You definitely hear it but no big deal. it's a machine. Ice dropping makes noise but nothing terrible. Only thing that might become a thing is the ice and water still have a chemical taste even after throwing out the first 5 gallons of water and first two buckets of ice as advised by installer.

This is an awesome French door style fridge, with an extra "flex" drawer in the middle. Tons of space in the fridge and freezer sections. I live in a house of three guys in their 20's and we can still fit in all of our food. The flex drawer is in the middle and can be set to 4 different temps - we make it out beer/soda drawer and it works to perfection.

I read a lot of reviews about this refrigerator online before buying. Is a great refrigerator, I've used it for one month now without any problems. I will update you in the next 6 month

Haven't had it long, but so far so good. The doors seems a bit light as compared to my old fridge and I keep leaving the doors open. Otherwise everything else is good.

So far so good! The fridge has a nice design to it. I love the flex door. The only con is there is sometime a high frequency noise coming from the fridge.

I Love it! It's everything I wanted and more. It holds a ton of food and keeps my veggies fresh for an extended period of time. The middle draw comes in handy for defrosting and chilling

Some of the door shelves aren't very usable because of size and distance away from shelf above it (even after adjusting). Feel like my old fridge, that was smaller in size, had more room.

Delivery was on time! Only thing is that it did not fit through our front door but I called management and they were able to tell workers to remove the doors to make it fit. Got a great deal for Black Friday so I'm happy with my purchase.
