only had it a month, but at this point it's the best refrigerator we have ever had, quite, great easy to use controls and the pull out drawers fantastic Only time will tell if the durability is as good as the features. At this point I highly recommend this refrigerator. .

This Samsung Refrigerator is terrific! Works extremely well. Love the design and style. Drawer allows for cold drinks and soda to be stored, freeing up a lot of room in the refrigerator. The shelves are adjustable and allows many options to keep cold various items. Highly recommend!

Its been month. I love this Refrigerator. It has Tons of space and good options.

I bought this after my Whirlpool french door 29 Cu ft unit had a sealed system leak after only 3 years and it was not covered by manufacturer warranty. This is a little smaller but I can get to the items easier and seems to have the same amount of usable space. The ice maker is smaller and a little hard to open but it is adequate as I don't use it heavily. The water dispenser has a really good flow and is taller than my old fridge for water bottles. The bottom of the water dispenser isn't flat though. It has a little well with no cover which looks odd and makes it difficult to set a glass down. I love the smudge-proof black stainless finish as well as the look and feel of the doors and interior. The middle door drawer is so convenient for quick access. The freezer could use a little more organization help but is roomy enough. Most of all, the warranty gives me peace of mind that I won't have to buy another fridge in 5 years. Happy with my purchase!

I was a little reluctant to purchase because of a few poor reviews but decided to anyway. I'm glad I did. I've had no problems with it at all and I love the space it provides. I can see everything at a moments glance. I wish the freezer held a little more but it really is adequate. The filter on my previous refrigerator was at the very lowest spot which made it impossible for me to change. This was an important feature in my purchase. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I am very happy with this refrigerator. It is very spacious. It has room for tall items as well as wide trays. The drawers open and close very easily. The temperature is uniform throughout. The freezer is also very spacious. I would definitely recommend this product.

Well built, well designed!! I've been after a french door fridge for some time and am very pleased with the Samsung!

Plenty of capacity. The deli drawer offers nice flexibility for storage from deli meats to drinks and other items. Water/ice dispenser is handy and quick to fill glasses. Need to be careful of the exterior however as the stainless steel is quite thin and easy to ding.

Does the job for the most part which is great. Its a pretty quiet fridge too which is always a plus. The alert feature which tells you your fridge door is open is super convenient. Flex zone drawer is awesome.

Another quality product by Samsung. Bestbuy staff was Extreamly helpful and delivery was fabulous

I like this fridge. Have small children. Hard to keep clean.

After two weeks I'm enjoying the new refrigerator. Because of the design and adjustable temperatures our perishable foods are lasting longer. The refrigerator design and interior icemaker make it difficult to find spaces for tall items without losing considerable shelf space. The lack of height adjustment slots for the doors shelves make you lose height storage there. I'm enjoying the more accessible freezer space. It's a nice change for us to have ice and water dispenser outside in the door. The ice dispensing is weak or slow and the ice Cubes are small and white. Perhaps adjusting the angle of the refrigerator would help but it would be very nice if the doors would close by themselves or at least swing inward.

Snaps, cracks & pops alot! Assuming it's part of the defrost process, but noises are rather loud & annoying!

I caught this fridge on a Memorial Day sale and haven't been disappointed. I feel like my food definitely stays fresher longer. Plenty of space, good organization layout and love the light although I wish it would dim at night because it's like the sun haha. I use the extra drawer for a wine fridge.

My wife and I love this refrigerator. It is roomy and nice looking. We love the French doors and we can finally see what we have in our freezer.

Plenty of room. Instructions could be simpler. Still haven't figured out how to move the shelves but know that will eventually happen. Love the lower compartments. It has a place for everything.

Bought to replace side by side refrigerator. This one is very open with lot's of storage space
