After using it for several weeks we really like the flex zone drawer. We use it to store meat and cheeses. The wide flat drawer makes it very easy to see what is there and get it. My prior refrigerator had a single deep drawer we had to dig through to find what we wanted. Most of the other french door refrigerators have a wide drawer inside the top compartment that requires fully opening both french doors to open the internal drawer.

Love the features on this fridge! The slide back and flip up shelves for more space inside, the separate drawer in the door that can be either fridge or freezer at the touch of a button, and love the water ice dispenser!!

Little noisy at times but its a beautiful big refrigerator

Plenty or room and well organized storage, easy to use controls, quick access and easy to change water filter.

Great fridge. Drink drawer is very helpful and top portion is very spacious. All you could ask for in a fridge.

Plenty of space. Having the middle pull out drawer is very nice especially for wine drinkers.

Works great and is BIG. Drawback is small ice maker bin and fingerprints. Like the adjustable shelves.

I love my new Samsung french door refrigerator! My favorite part are the drawers. The snack drawer allows me to prepare a full week's worth of lunch extras and grab them with ease in the morning before we head out the door. I also like that everything we use on a daily basis is at eye level. No more bending over trying to reach the item we need that has been shoved to the back. I love it!

Quality stainless steel. We have more room than the larger Samsung that we had. Very nice.

Very spacious and keeps temperature consistent. Plenty of ice on demand. And we got a great price from Best Buy

Have enjoyed Samsung Refrigerator, however, the door space could be better. Hard to organize food on door as their is not enough room for butter, salad dressings, etc. Also, I have quite of few bottles. It is hard to find what I am looking for as bottlest gets shuffled to back of refer. I do like the fact, keeps food fresher longer.

This machine looks good on the outside,and even inside until one actually starts using it. First off not enough room for tall items until you lift one of the shelves,thereby losing one shelf space. I have an ice tea maker. This machine has a very small receptacle for ice. Does not make enough for a batch of tea. Ice very slow to dispense. Center drawer handy but must decide on one item to put in there as the cooless settings are item specific. Such as drinks,deli,meat and fish,party dishes. The freezer drawer is very noisy. Sounds like scraping on runners. The machine itself is quiet. My old machine had died so was rather rushed to get a new one or would have done more research before buying. This one was a mistake.

Space is oddly put together. Tall items seem out of place. Drawer is semi useless.
