In desperate need for a new t.v. as the one I had was over 10 years old and the picture tube was going out. I also wanted to upgrade to to a HD flat screen t.v. It was a very simple set up and a great picture, very clear and amazing colors. Very Happy with my purchase and had excellent Customer Service, the salesman really took the time to help me find exactly what I wanted. I am and will always be a Loyal Customer of Best Buy. I bought Adobe XI and it had a redemption code in the box to then find the serial number that would allow the disc to load- You are required to create an account on the Adobe web site- which I did - but there was no place to find the redemption code link even though the web site help information said to just go to it.... The on line live help never answered the first time I tried- I sent e mails that were not responded to- I brought the software back to Best Buy where they said it must be defective and gave me another one- same issues...but this time the on line live help finally helped me and sent me a link for me to get the serial number- I was NOT impressed with ADOBE help at all and found the price to be excessive

Really like my Samsung purchase, though would recommend this size for bedroom but larger for living room. Easy setup and works extremely well with my Chromecast.

This is a great TV for a small room. Picture quality is great.

This is a Great tv. I bought the best buy brand first and it went out less then a week later. I took it back and go this one....this has nothing to do with the quality, but the first two of the samsungs I unboxed were broken...and the third and final one, the remote has a loose part you can hear inside..I still kept this tv tho...Samsung and LG imo are the best I have found...just remember to open and check for broken parts before you buy it.

Couldn't believe how light the tv was. Thought it would not be as good because of it's light weight. Was plesantly suprised how sharp and clear the picture is.

good for price. service assistance was not great at store. salesman spent more time showing me how to fill out paperwork saying what great service he provided, so that he could get points from best buy.

It was not that hard to install and get it running, and is working fine so far. No problems.

I really like this TV. My only complaint is that the remote that comes with it does not allow for clicking through favorites (though you can set up favorites on the TV itself (doesn't make much sense)!

My entertainment center limited the size I could choose. This 28" is adequate for my needs, good picture, lots of options as to settings. As some others have commented, the sound on the smaller sets leaves something to be desired - in my case, can't get it as loud as I would like. And I wish the captioning was a little larger. Overall, satisfactory purchase.

Was delivered on time. So far I am happy with it. Nice feature freezer the temp. gauge is on outside of door. Also has an alarm on it.

Works great! Volume varies a little. Like when I'm watching a network morning program and it switches to the local station for the weather, the local station is lower. Not sure what causes that. Didn't notice it on my last TV. Only time will tell if it passes the 10 year durability test. Picture is good.

The salesperson we dealt with to purchase the TV did a great job in securing the lowest price for us. Would definitely go back!

Bought this to replace a like sized TV that was 10 years old. Setup was simple and fast but ended up returning it for a much bigger set. This would be a great tv for a small dorm room or a child's room, but was just too small for the room it was going to be used in. With that being said it was a great value and had an awesome picture.

Bought this to use for a console screen when visiting home over the holidays, turned out to be a great HDTV as well - now permanent fixture in the den. May actually buy another!

Very nice TV for this size-class and for the price, consistent with the reviews. (Purchased on sale.) The picture is excellent and the sound is good. Not a huge screen, but perfect for our bedroom. Crisp images and bright, true colors. Straightforward setup. Overall, just what I had hoped it would be.
