The water pitcher is the way to go. Pour out and it auto fills when the door is closed in seconds. Ice maker in freezer does not take up that much room. Nice and quiet!!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoy our new Samsung refrigerator. We especially enjoy the water dispenser inside the refrigerator. Where we can retrieve water at anytime and it refills. It’s spacious inside and the layout is accommodating.

Very satisfied with the space inside the refrigerator and freezer. The pitcher that automatically refills is a nice touch. The ice maker works well. The installers also did a great job.

Overall, the refrigerator is good—enough space for storage. However, the doors don't close automatically. It needs a little push.

I love this refrigerator i saved for 2 years to get this and I’m so pleased. One reason I wanted this particular refrigerator is the thin extra drawer to make it my grandchildren drawer. So now when they come to visit they know to go to thier drawer in the refrigerator. I also love technology ans the space. Oh and the power freeze and power cool options are absolutely amazing . Thanks Samsung for not letting me down and thank you beat buy for the best customer service and amazing delivery guys.

Great fridge. Plenty of room and we like the auto fill water pitcher! Very happy with it so far. As of writing we’ve had it installed for about 1 month.

This Samsung Fridge is amazing! I also got a great deal it was originally price at over 2k. I got it for $949 on Special. They delivered ( up a flight of stairs to my Spanish Duplex) and hooked it up. The guys could't be more accomodating! BEST BUY is the best..and I got it 24 months NO INTERSST!!! Imalsoa best buy ( im a premium MY BEST BUY MEMBER TOO)

I’m not going to lie… that auto filling water pitcher is surprisingly the highlight of the fridge. I thought it was going to be kind of silly. But I love it. It’s like this magic little always filled jug. Definitely a good design decision. we’ve only had it for a week. While its looks great and we have little kids… I’ll say the fingerprint proof feature isn’t so… fingerprint proof. We had a slight hang up with the the water line. For the first week water and ice wouldn’t come out. Once we unplugged it and plugged it back in, everything worked fine. I guess these fridges are just like computers now a days.

Love it, our family is getting bigger and we out grew our old fridge. This one is large enough for out family of 6. The internal water pitcher is fantastic feature.

This Samsung Refrigerator is a great buy. Very big. Fits a lot of groceries. The self filling pitcher is awesome. It has a water filtering system and icemaker. The freezer is really great.

I love this fridge! The lighting is amazing and the water pitcher is my favorite always cold and filled ready to drink. I also love that it is more on the basic side, less technology means less to go wrong. This fridge has exceeded my expectations and it’s a great price compared to a lot of others!

We love our new refrigerator! It is so spacious. It has the detachable water container. My daughter use to not drink water much but has been doing much better since we purchased this! The freezer has the two compartment sliding system that makes storing and separting meats from other items in there so easy. We are very happy with our selection !

So I love the fridge itself. It’s pretty new yet. We love the self filling water pitcher in the door. Love the ice in the freezer bottom. Not really happy with Best Buy customer service delivery. Discovered outward DING in the middle of my door, pointed out to delivery. They said obvious manufacturing defect. Thankfully they noted it BUT DO NOT accept anything missing parts or damaged in any way. It’s been hours so far on The phone to get it rectified. Samsung won’t replace the door and I’m set up for another visit from Best Buy to replace the entire fridge. 3 visits from Best Buy and one from third party Samsung repair. 2-3 hours in the phone. Also delivery guys we are paying for delivery should probably take the time to be sure the doors are leveled correctly so the French doors will close. Delivery guy said we had to “retrain our brain” literally. Retrain. To close left door first. You do NOT have to do this. They are made so you can close either door first. But you may have to adjust doors with Enclosed spacers. I’m thinking he just didn’t want to take the time to do it so told me I had to retrain my brain and always close the left door first.

This is a piece of technology that is worth every penny. It has the room we need for everything both in the refrigeration section and in the freezer section.

what can i say after getting our old refrigerator from sears in 2006 if finlay went to its resting place , it broke down right after Thanksgiving we were on a quest to find a new one. luckily Best Buy Still Had the cyber deals going on, so we purchased this BEAUTIFUL SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR WITH THE BUILT IN WATER PITCHER , It works wonderful, it's a bit bigger than our 2 door Kenmore and the freezer is amazing we have so much space now its ridiculous, i would definitely recommend this one

Great fridge. Same price as our daughter paid 2 years ago. Delivered fast and delivery guys were great. Love the bottom freezer and the built in water pitcher. Good last longer in the crispers compared to our last dinosaur. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great value and excellent quality.

I love this refrigerator. I have so much space and can organize my food like I want. The beverage center is my fave I can measure my water intake. This is one mf my best purchases ever.

The Samsung French 3-Door Stainless Steel Refrigerator is fantastic! The AutoFill Water Pitcher became a feature favorite, which includes an infuse capability to flavor the water. We are extremely happy with our Samsung :-)

I was concerned about the water not being on the outside and having a pitcher inside taking up space. The pitcher is small and actually not a problem. Super happy with my purchase. The only thing I wish it had more room for the soda size bottles and wine at the door: I just lay them down instead and use the space in the door for the milk. Super in love with my new fridge. I recommend. It’s beautiful.

Couldn’t be happier with this fridge. Got in on sale for Presidents’ Day. It was out of stock first couple days then checked again and it was back. Same price as the other Samsung 28 cu ft, but came with the auto fill water pitcher! Tons of space on the doors, and the height of the bins and panels inside the fridge can be moved as needed. I didn’t pay for installation, and I will say the unwrapping and removal of packing materials was tedious and by far the most time consuming. There is a very thin clear film wrapped around the doors and freezer section, and apparently they install that before the seals so it’s kind of stuffed under the edges. Recommendation: razor blade along the seam and leave whatever film is there underneath, don’t try taking things apart. There’s also a lot of very strong tape around the compartments and on the panel hooks, be sure to remove that as well. Other than that, the handle installs and water hookup were simple. Fridge took approx 8hrs to cooldown. READ THE MANUAL!!! There is a “power cool” setting for freezer and fridge that will greatly speed up the cool down of both. Best to have a way to keep perishable foods cold/frozen til the fridge is up and running for a few hours as well. Don’t start stuffing things in before it’s ready. Overall, for the price and size and features this was a 5 star purchase! Maybe 4 1/2 for the time to unpackage; also, had to remove my house front door so measure up and make sure you have a way to get it in the house & room!
