Overall we have been really pleased with this refrigerator. We have had it for approximately 1 month now. Pros -We love the functionality of the water pitcher. Keeps 2 liters (1/2 gallon) of water cold in the fridge at all times. And it refills itself after each use Black Stainless appearance looks great -Storage space is fantastic and flexible, both the fridge and the freezer portions. -Very quiet model Cons -The black stainless look is actual a surface coating that is easily damaged. Our fridge sits next to a wall and as the door has been opened and bumped the wall, it actually rubbed off some of the paint. And it's not like we were violently opening the door or anything--just normal use. It's not a huge blemish; you can't see it without getting up close. But after spending nearly $2k it's unfortunate that in less than 2 weeks i have a front door that the appearance is now damaged. -Our water pitcher seal was leaking a few drips when we would pour water. We contacted warranty and asked for a replacement seal. They sent the whole pitcher, and that solved the problem.

Great item at a great price. I love the water pitcher inside. I chose this model because most refrigerators I have owned have failed with water and ice through the door. Great size and it is quiet.

Hands down the best fridge my family has ever owed. Works great have had no problems with it, the storage is really nice. Fits what we need plus more.

Works great lots of space! Had a slight issue when was installed called support and they helped us get it out of demo mode so it actually worked.

My home is 15 years old. My appliances needed to be modernized. I like this fridge because the water decanter refills automatically with filtered water. The lower freezer is convenient for me. You can see everything in the freezer at a glance. No worries of broken shelves due to over weight supplies. Sleek and energy efficient.

This refrigerator is amazing and I am very happy with my purchase. The delivery guys could not have made this purchase any easier and i'm very happy.

I really love it. Very spacious, filter is in easy position to change, love the little pitcher, temp is clearly seen, ice cubes are in good position to reach, freezer basket can be pulled out, would definitely get again.

Love the black stainless steel look. Everything is easy to reach, especially with all the door shelves. The autofill water container is a plus. The only con would be that the rubber flap on the inside of the door can flip out and block the door from closing. But the doors open easily and do not get stuck like some fridges with a bottom freezer.

Love this refrigerator. Wasn't sure buying a Samsung was going to be a good idea, but its been great so far.

The perfect frig, lots of room, cold water that fills automatically and the ice is in the freezer where it belong. Fantastic design.

This is my first brand new fridge , and its wonderful, lots of room as i needed it old fridge just wasn't roomy enough, i even have extra room. No worries about putting 9×13 in fridge and not having any room for anything else. Freezer is very rooomy too and very cold wow, love the water pitcher, overalll im very happy with our fridge. Best Buy delivery guys did an excellent job getting it put in for us too.

I love this refrigerator. It is a very large refrigerator. We love the auto-fill pitcher. It fits great and looks amazing with all appliances. Customer service was very efficient and professional, but delivery was not a good experience. They never showed up so we have to reschedule. I'm not saying bad things about Best Buy, because I know that deliveries are made for third parties. After all so happy with this purchase. Thanks Best Buy!

Love the price, the quality, and the appearance. Best of all are the spaces that we never had before. In the past we had to throw away some items due to over stack and forgot about them til it turn bad.

Love the space this refrigerator has and the pitcher that automatically fills up with filtered water. No more messy cleanup with an outside ice and water dispenser. Looks beautiful in our kitchen and we are very pleased with our purchase

I love this refrigerator. The space inside is wonderful. It seems so much bigger than my side by side. I love the water pitcher ans icemaker instead of the ice and water on the outside. For the price, it was well worth it for the added space.
