Love it!! Bottom drawer is huge!! Light is a little dim

So big and a lot of space. Make my kitchen look new.

Great product overall. But when I got the fridge into the house and where it belonged and took the packaging off, there was dents on the bottom right side of the left door.

I love it the only down fall was taking the doors off to get it in my house which was my fault for not getting the measurement

Great purchase! It is just for my husband and I, therefore we have more than enough space!

I just enjoy this refrigerator and love the way it look and enjoy all of my Samsung appliances and TVs

Great fridge and freezer. Water pitcher does leak from spout when you're pouring water. I did have a spill on the lower shelf. As it turns out it's impossible to clean once the spill get under the glass. So now I have a stained shelf that's an eye soar. We even tried to google a how-to but only found videos on how this is a problem with this refrigerator.

Well we fell in love with it when we saw it. But had we known there is a flaw with the actual black color never would have done it. The black stainless starts to peel off. We have had it for less than 2 years and the doors started to peel. And they wont do anything about it.

So far I love it. It's larger than a side by side and I'm still working on filling it up.

Refrigerator is very nice but I know now why the delivery people don’t remove the foam protective sticker off the doors… they don’t come off easily. The top layer peels off and you have sticky foam stuff left. When you get that off you have adhesive all over the door. I tried hot water and it did nothing so I will have to try something else. I’m in it 30 min right now and have not made any progress.

We love this refrigerator. It is a little bigger than we anticipated but that just means it will not be overloaded!! It is QUIET. The only thing you hear is the ice. The temperature is cold and the water pitcher is amazing! Thank you to Booker who helped us! We already recommended it to a friend and she bought it.

My Samsung 28 cu ft 3 door French door refrigerator is great! Tons of room!! The water pitcher in the door and the ice maker are two nice features and work well. I also love the nice clean and smooth look of the exterior. The fridge is quiet and keeps the items inside nice and cold. Best refrigerator I have ever had!

The refrigerator is overall really nice. It has a handy water pitcher on the inside door. Lots of space in main area and doors have plenty of space too for gallon containers. Ice maker in the freezer part and holds a lot of ice. Control panel is simple to use. It’s is quiet too. My only complaint thus far is that there is a flap that helps to seal the doors when they close on the left side door and if you try to close the door before the right one and or a bit faster, it tends to come out and hits the right side door. Have to be careful if you have kids or family members that don’t pay attention.

Freezer door broke off within 3 days after being delivered and installed and now the thermostat inside the fridge is blinking.

I have only had this fridge for a month but already liquid is pooling and building up in the shelving. Specifically any spill ends up in the top of the vegetable drawers with no way to clean it.

Great refrigerator that has many technological advantages over our previous unit. It’s premature to give accolades because it’s only been installed for a month. I definitely would be happy to review again after five years of usage. It does have greater capacity with regard to storage than our old Sears Kenmore refrigerator being of a larger size. We really like the built in water pitcher that refills when used, that is awesome. Great appearance with the double French doors and the freezer on the bottom. No finger prints on the stainless steel door are great! The delivery went flawless and the workers were more than helpful giving us some tips about the unit. Samsung hit a home run on this design. Very satisfied thus far.

Wow. Nice Fridge. We love the space and it's nice to have a bottom freezer again (after 20+ years of a top freezer). The good - LOVE the water pitcher and it's auto refill. Very roomy. Looks great. Magnetic (there are fridges that aren't) The not as good- The drawer sounds clunky when opened. The drawer doesn't pull out far enough to be able to easily get out the ice. We bought a nice little plastic scoop so that helped. The ice maker doesn't 'stop' when you pull the 'ice bucket' out so ice can drop if/when you take the bucket out and it falls behind the drawer. No butter drawer/shelf. Doors don't close on it's own (our old one did) If you want anything from the big bottom (cheese) drawer, you will need to open both doors. In the end, we're happy with it and hope it lasts a long time.

This refrigerator has been an incredible purchase for the entire family. We have owned side by side refrigerators since the mid 90's, and never realized how small they really are. Just having the double width on top leaves so much space for larger items or take out/leftover boxes. We can actually see everything that's in the fridge and there is less stacking and cramming. Nothing falls out when you open the door! We throw out less food because we can actually see everything before it goes bad. The self filling pitcher is so convenient and it fills quickly if you're using a lot of water. The ice maker is very quiet, and that never happened with a side by side. We've had this for almost a month and I can't imagine buying another type. The temperature has not fluctuated 1 degree, the storage drawers are so convenient, especially the drawer for cold cuts and cheese. I'm just sorry i didn't purchase this type of fridge/ freezer before. I was concerned about the freezer being on the bottom, but it rolls out so easily and is so roomy that we haven't even filled it yet. And there's a separate drawer for frequently used items right on top. The only little thing I can say that isn't a glowing review is that the doors have to be pushed shut, they don't just gently swing closed. There is an alarm that sounds after 20 seconds or so if the door is left open, so that will prevent any catastrophes. And the black matte stainless finish looks amazing.

Forgot to install the water filter, and leak water. Need resolution on the installation again by Best Buy.
