    The ice maker in typical Samsung fashion doesn’t work. It makes ice slowly... and it stops working some days. The water pitcher leaks horribly even after we found a “fix.” I will never but a Samsung fridge again.

    Stopped cooling after 9 months. Geek squad useless, won't come look at fridge. Samsung tech useless, Samsung customer service a nightmare, fridge remains broken.

    Issues with Fridge and Customer Service

    Having issues with the water pitcher leaking and when I close the doors the energy flap will not close on its own, having to manually close each time. If I dont the fridge freezes up. Best Buy is not helping been on the phone with them for an hour and I keep getting transferred to different people, none of them will help.

    The water pitcher started leaking after only owning for like a month. Every time you pour water it leaks all over the floor. Also, this refrigerator scretches and dents extremely easy. Disappointed on the quality for the price.

    The water pitcher leaks and the ice maker produces very little ice. If you have a family, the ice production on this is not for you. Otherwise, it is a gorgeous fridge with great capacity.
