Pitcher leaks

Every time you pour it makes a mess. I’ve cleaned it and put back in and nothing helps. The pitcher feature is the main reason why I choose this fridge. Very disappointing!!

Move on...NOTHING to see here

I will spare you the boring details of how Best Buy messed up the delivery schedule and took over a week to deliver it instead of the promised two days. I was willing to move past that. Since then, there appears to be an air leak in the freezer door, as it appears to be completely closed yet upon opening, there is frost on items near the front, indicating some defrosting. Also, the plastic "buckets" on the doors of the refrigerator portion of the unit keep falling off, leaving a mess. I just paid Samsung for a replacement bucket as it cracked when it hit the ground. On the positive side, it seems to keep refrigerated items perfectly cool.

Can only get water with the pitch

Returned. Also came with a dent. I will say this one is better quality than the replacement we went with (LG) of it had water on the door we would have kept it.

Not working after < 3 months

Reached out to Samsung on Saturday, and were told that someone would be coming out on Thursday. Today they called back, and said that it would be next Tuesday!! If you can go two weeks without a refrigerator then this may be a good option for you, but otherwise I’d skip it.

Takes 3 Weeks to get a Refrigerator seen by a Tech

Failed in less than 1 year and 6 months, impossible to get Samsung to own the responsibility to get it fixed, had no refrigerator for 2 weeks and now they changed the repair appoint to 3weeks. It's okay -need to work on bottom drawer

Don’t waist your time on this product

Very disappointed that an expensive fridge broke is such short time. My previous LG stayed for 10 years with no complaint. Called Samsung and waiting for the technician to come see it with a charge of $200. Hope the problem is ab easy fix. Will keep you posted…

The one I wanted was discontinued. The french doors don't work correctly and the water pitcher leaks, waiting on delivery of another fridge. I hope there isn't any problems with this one!

One thing my wife and I hate is that the freezer door does not open far enough, it makes it really hard to get to the ice bin. If it opened another few inches it would be so much better.

FRONT ONLY Stainless Steel and water pitcher leaks

The stainless steel finish is only on the front so if any part of the side of the refrigerator is visible, you will see a different textured black finish. It looks terrible and Samsung screwed this up. Also, the water picture leaked around the lid when you pour a glass of water. I contacted Best Buy and they transferred me to a different person who transferred me to Samsung who transferred me to sales who said someone would call me in one or two business days. Worst appliance purchase of my 36 year life. And I am not taking a day off of work because a GD water pitcher leaks! But I did pay for it so they need to replace it!

Bad unit

Freezer Handle IS THE WORST!

Beware of door dents

Only had for 1 day but wouldn’t recommend due to the weak outer paneling.
