    We order open box for this and it was not working at all. We return this item . but as design, look good.

    Fridge seemed fine in store. But when installers set it up, it would not cool. They returned and refunded same day, so that was good

    Service at the store was great,delivery prompt! Latch to the freezer broke 2nd day and we had to fix it ourselves. Otherwise everything else was fine.

    For the price I paid for this appliance I truly expected more than I got. The water pitcher started leaking around the third week. I’ve tried everything I can do to fix it but nothing seems to help. The ice maker doesnt seem to make nearly enough ice. Maybe mine is defective or something but it seems to make 10 cubes every 5 hours… overall, a dissapointment.

    I have lived on three continents, Africa, Europe and now North America, this was the worst experience I have ever had in all my life, I purchased three appliances, delivery date set three weeks in advance, on the due day, nothing, the delivery day eventually reset, on that day nothing, rescheduled again, this time delivery day was set but not installation, that was a few days later, and one item’s installation was three weeks after delivery? How weird is that? Who can accept such unprofessional service? Not me, I canceled everything and will never buy anything from bestbuy again, in fact they can rebrand themselves as worst buy. Try speaking to management, to corporate office, no one really seems to understand or care. Caveat Emptor, “let the buyer beware” you have been warned.

    Put up with the trim on the freezer door coming undone but now one of the milk trays just broke off. Not a good experience at all for this product.

    Poor quality. Large drawer doesn't close evenly. Outside left door often does not go into the channel the door flap fits into. Open door alarm often does not work.

    Hard to clean that middle glass. In truth, it just broke after 6 months and we lost $450 of fresh food. Inflation! Went shopping Saturday morning... did not notice until popsicles were not frozen Sunday afternoon. Considered it broke Sunday; called Samsung and the next appointment was (today) Friday with Samsung authorized warranty repair team. The sealed system is shot. Still paying for it :( via BBY.
