    Horrible Customer Service and Damaged fridge

    Refrigerator was delivered damaged. Each time that they reschedule to deliver a new one, the appointment is canceled. Today makes the 6th time that I have been rescheduled since Nov, 26th. This would be longer, but I am tired of repeating this story. I am also tired of waiting.

    I purchased this open box and it came to my house with damaged compressor… I re-ordered it again and they sent me another damaged refrigerator. And then had to cancel my whole order and get my refund. There was also a problem trying to coordinate delivery and disposal of my old fridge.

    Very hard to clean the inside of the refrigerator because they have plastic tabs. I would not buy this product again. It is hard putting all the shelves back in once you take them out

    I had no complaints about this thing until today, where both the cooling and freezer decided to stop. I've moved it away from the wall and unplugged it then plugged it back in to try and get it to go, but so far nothing. So now it's hot outside and our food is going bad. Thanks Samsung!

    Broken Fridge

    The Fridge showed up with a locked compressor. Samsung diagnosed it but, even though they have a 10 year Warranty on compressors, they wouldnt find a company to fix it. It took Best Buy two weeks to pick it up. So, a broken fridge sat at my house for three weeks.

    It stopped cooling after 2 weeks. Thankfully Samsung returned my money and I was able to purchase a different model. You just have to be very insistent though

    Horrible just got it delivered it doesn’t power on. I called Bestbuy they told me to contact Samsung under warranty. I’m canceling my Bestbuy card and never purchasing anything.

    Excellent Product. Hardest part was the appliance was set to demo/store mode and had to get help from the store to get out of the mode so the refrigerator would work. Other wise, plenty of room, really like the autofill water pitcher.

    Apparently we were super lucky. Our Samsung refrigerator (RF28T5021SR/AA) worked for 4.5 MONTHS.... 19 weeks. Other Samsung owners are jealous.

    Its a huge fridge . Serving well for family of 4,Fingerprint resistant front panel's. Only thing to remember is it would trip if your outlet is on GFCI circuit. Make sure to plug it in on non gfci circuit.

    Love the Beverage Center and the dual ice maker! Plenty of room for our family of 4. It’s super quiet and looks sleek. The only small issue is fingerprints show a bit more than expected on the stainless finish!

    I absolutely loved my fridge. Loved the water pitcher, loved the easy access drawer, loved the space and the movable shelves. For about a year and a half until it started running so loud, we couldn't hear the TV in the next room. Even then, no big deal, still love it, I'll just turn the TV up. Then a few days ago (on Christmas Eve when I was getting ready to host Christmas brunch and dinner for 16 people) it completely stopped working. Only 3 years old and my $2000 fridge won't get below room temperature. Samsung sent a repair man to "fix" it for a bargain price of $500...only to have it shut down again the next day. Now they want to charge us again to come fix what they didn't fix the first time and what should not need to be fixed in the first place on such a relatively new major appliance. Spoke to a refrigerator repair man in my area (who wouldn't work on it because it's a Samsung) and he said this is not rare. Samsung is absolute crap with even worse customer service. I believe it since I've also had trouble with my Samsung oven. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Stick with Whirlpool or GE, much better quality, much easier to repair (according to the repair man). I am so sick over how much money I've wasted...and I still don't have a working fridge.

    We are very happy with this product overall. Best Buy’s customer service regarding our order was excellent. We really like the water pitcher in the door as it is quicker to pour a water bottle:etc. There is limited space to store tall items inside fridge on top shelves but plenty in doors.
