Great fridge with some manufacturing flaws.

The moving piece on the left door that seals the fridge shut when closed has a habit of not folding completely flat when the door is opened, so when we open the left door only there's a chance the piece hits the right door when closing if we don't make sure to fold the piece in by hand. The water pitcher leaks while pouring, likely due to a bad seal, but it means whenever we pour water we have to do so over the sink.

Worst fridge EVER

You can’t clean between the glass so liquid gets in there and it rots in your refrigerator. It doesn’t close on its own so it yells at you in the form of an incessant beeping every 30 seconds. And the door has an annoying part. That means one door needs to be shut before the other - And this part frequently breaks. So aside from it being unhygienic and disgusting, it’s also poorly designed.

Total junk

Had someone come out and determined the compressor needed to be replaced, but after replacing that it still wouldn't cool. The appliance repair tech thought maybe replacing the board would fix it but even though it's only 3.5 years old they don't make the board anymore, so now it's headed to the junkyard. What a waste of money, I would never buy something from Samsung again.

Rather than striving to make the best product at the best value.

MOLD

Nowhere does it tell you that despite constantly drinking water, and never using the infuse option, mold fills every nook and cranny of the pitcher. Absolutely horrible!!!!!!! I clean the fridge weekly, including the pitcher and by the next week - black mold everywhere. Do NOT buy the beverage center option - what was meant to be easy is not only not easy, but absolutely unsanitary and extremely dangerous.

Only a year and I need a new fridge

Unfortunately my refrigerator only worked for about a year and month. Apparently I'm not in an area where anyone will service the unit. I've called Samsung multiple times and they ended up cancelling my help ticket because they couldn't locate any service reps. I'm supposed to call them in two weeks to see if they've managed to locate any appliance repair companies that will work on a Samsung. Now the compressor is out and the icemaker has quit. One of the local service companies mentioned the compressor issue is common problem and since they don't have luck getting Samsung parts they just don't work on them. Please do your research and avoid the headaches and wasted money. If you're not in an area that has a Samsung certified service/repair provider, go with another brand.

Large and spacious but water pitcher leaks

I have had it replaced and the new one does the same thing. I am going to call and get it replaced again.
