    Glass inside refrigerator is hard to clean if spill occurs. You need tools to uncrew in order to take thecglass out.

    Beautiful refrigerator and keeps food cold. But the deli drawer does not work very well. The roller is made very cheaply, and it constantly get jammed.

    Water pitcher leaks

    I really liked this fridge, and I was so excited about the built in water pitcher. That is such a disappointing feature. It leaks every time we pour water and there is literally no other way to get water. It’s so inconvenient, that it’s become a dealbreaker for us for the whole fridge.

    Best buy and samsung are a rip off!

    Bought this fridge a year ago, as soon as the 1 year warranty expired the fridge stopped cooling, called samsung and best buy and they refused to come take a look, they cancelled appointments already scheduled and told us to get a local fixer.Would not recommend!! It feels like they know a default with the fridge and refuse to be held acvountable. Its bad services best buy

    Save your money

    I purchased this brand new in February of 2022. Since then my compressor has gone out three times. In the 3 months I’ve had it I’ve only been able to use it for a total of about 2 weeks. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone and will never purchase from Samsung again.

    Delivered with incorrect freezer drawer handle

    Overall, the fridge is wonderful besides the pitcher leaking like many of the reviews mention. But the freezer drawer handle that came with it was the incorrect size (too small!). The gentlemen who delivered it said they would order me a new one that same day. It’s been almost a month and I still don’t have a freezer door handle.

    Just delivered and the Fridge part is not working, the Freezer is getting cold. Called tech, can't make an appt. until the delivery crew updates that status, well does that keep my food from spoiling, so I have to call back after 6pm, to make and appt. how stupid.
