Pros: a new fridge provided me with a sense of happiness that years of therapy was unable to. There's room for thousands of dollars of food so my kids can say "there's nothing to EAT...." Cons: it was an unboxed model and the water jug thing leaks. Bad seal or something. Probably can fix it. Cons: I have dogs and a sense of humor so the water gets cleaned up cause the kids never fill the dog bowl or the kids slip in the mess and provide me with hours of entertainment. Overall: highly recommend. Just don't let the cheese drawer hit you in the Matilda on the way to the land of lost hopes and dreams. (AKA.. the veggie crisper.)

Fantastic and energy efficient product. The refrigerator has a ton of space and regulates the temperature very well.

I researched this refrigerator and so glad I did. It is perfect for my family. Easy to maintain, lots more room than my old fridge and we love the water pitcher feature as well. Delivery and setup was a breeze. So thankful I went with Best Buy on this purchase!

Love this fridge! It’s huge! With no ice or water on the front door, there are less things that get broken - and you get all of your space back. The auto fill water pitcher is better than a water dispenser. Tastes better too. Ice in freezer. Highly recommend.

We purchased the Samsung refrigerator with autofill water pitcher after having Samsung side by side for years with external ice and water. We absolutely love the amount of space inside this one along with the autofill water pitcher. Very happy with this purchase.

Due to delivery delays, I had to wait 6 weeks to get my new fridge. Now that it has arrived I love it. It's spacious with plenty of storage for all kinds of food. The auto refill water pitcher was the best thing to me to have cold water always on tap. highly recommnded!

The first unit was defective. When full of groceries, the door would hang so much that the flap that in effect seals the refrigerator would not "catch" and hence the refrigerator was open, letting cold air out all day and all night until we noticed. Our second unit is great. No complaints. Works as it should. The lights in the fridge are super bright and the the shelves are spaced at just the right heights. It would be 5 stars if I hadn't had the first defective unit.

We recently purchased this fridge to replace our old outdated one which was having problems working. This one has a very clean front with not only water capabilities inside, but it has a pitcher which fills automatically after the door closes and it can sense exactly how much water needs to be refilled into the pitcher. It also has the ice maker in the top of two freezer drawers, which is a lot easier to access than trying to get the ice cubes to drop out of the door like our old one.

We are extremely pleased with this refrigerator. It is spacious and the compartments are conveniently organized. The AutoFil Water pitcher is a vast improvement over the through-the-door water feature and it fills immediately after use. We recommend this refrigerator highly.

Love the water pitcher. Great capacity. Fridge controls are easy to use. My only minor drawback is weird lighting but it doesn’t make me want a different model.

Great fridge, lots of space and good temperature control. Definitely recommend! I had mine installed by Best Buy, I am also a Total tech member if that matters.

The refrigerator has been wonderful. I enjoy the refillable pitcher and it keeps children from play with a water dispenser on the outside of the refrigerator. This is filtered water and the ice is filtered as well (I am assuming) since it is coming from the same water spigot. It is sturdy and is well suited for a family. I highly recommend this refrigerator if you prefer an inside door water pitcher. It fills up as soon as placed back in the holder.

I'm obsessed with my new fridge and so is my 3 year old. It's a beautiful fridge. I love the ice water pitcher and all the cool sensors. It beeps if you leave a door open!! love it. Has a door lock and keeps everything super tight and cold!

We bought this refrigerator for a Granddaughter's wedding present and according to her the item is working fine. She loves the large capacity and the French Door style with the freezer on the bottom. She loves the slid out tray .She uses that to store cheese. The auto Fill water pitcher assures there is always cold water at the ready. Best Buy made delivery well within the specified time. a bit over priced for my taste ,but that is the one she wanted and I did get it on sale.

Worth every penny. I am glad I picked this refrigerator. It is so spacious I have no idea what to do with the rest of the space lol. It dispense ice by itself in the tray in the freezer. It also dispense water inside the refrigerator.

I like everything about it, except the controls. It's sleek, large, adjustable shelves, several compartments and quiet. I especially like the water pitcher feature.

I love this fridge! It keeps everything cold, has a ton of capacity and is incredibly quiet. I like the shape of the ice cubes. It makes ice fast and purified water even faster. The pitcher in the door is so much more efficient that the kind you fill by the glass...which used to take me forever to fill up water bottles. A couple of notes: this fridge is serious about keeping things cold and it will beep at you loudly if the doors stay open for long. And the freezer drawers could open a bit wider. Otherwise, love it!

We've had this fridge for about a month now. The pitcher feature is really nice, constantly full of cold water which is nice. The filter location is convenient, you dont have to take food out to get to it. There is a locking feature on the freezer which is a little disconcerting the first time you encounter it but its nice and keeps the door closed unless you are intending to open it. all in all a really nice refrigerator. Picked this up on a deep sale which was nice.

Roomy interior with a lefty of space in the freezer. I like the 2 levels in the freezer as well. The in-door water pitcher is very convenient and having a container of cold water that’s always filled to put in the table is great.
