This was a replacement for a 20 year old Kenmore side by side. I like this layout much better and it seemd like it is a lot more than 2 sq feet larger than the old one. I like not having ice and water on the outside of the door. This one has a water pitcher inside the door which I really like. The ice tray will get some getting used to. For some reason, Samsung does not include a scoop but we bought one which helps. I would absolutly but this again.

I like how clean it looks! Easy to set up. Have had experience with other Samsung fridges but decided to get the little upgrade - water pitcher. It’s nice. It refills soon after you place it back into the fridge

Great product. The space is amazing in both the fridge area and the pull out freezer. We love it, Holds way more than our old GE fridge.

The built-in water autofill is my favorite part. I always use a warmer so the pre filtered water saves me a lot of time.

Great design for water. Refrigerator is all around fantastic. There is one very small design flaw, where sometimes the left door cannot be closed when the right door is already closed and requires a little adjustment with your hand of the flapper piece, that runs the length of the left door, to get it to close. It only happens once in a while but it’s slightly annoying.

Lots of door space. Water pitcher is an added bonus. Sleek no frills front. Freezer is easy to access both drawers. We spent a lot of time looking at all other brands and chose this one. Extremely happy with purchase.

Pros - good amount of room, quiet, keeps food cold Cons - needed 2 repairs, finish scratches way too easily, BestBuy setup was terrible.

Fantastic purchase with basic features. So much room on the inside. The auto-fill picture works so well. Love this option beyond words. Could not be more pleased and it doesn’t have unnecessary bells and whistles.

Love the size and space of this fridge. We appreciate the water in the door of the fridge and it fills automatically. A little small, but it does refill quickly (only when the door is shut). Front is easy to keep clean and smudging is minimal. We have a polishing cloth that quickly cleans front.

The fridge is a nice stainless steel and looks amazing in any kitchen. I love that it has so much space inside of it!

We are very pleased with this purchase from the salesperson Haley to the 2 installers.......all professional, knowledgeable and personable. We like the color and so far it is working well. First time not to have icemaker in the door but there is water pitcher which refills on its own in the door which makes for cold water. Seems like mist problems with refrigerators are from the ice maker so hopefully we are going to skip that problem. Refrigerator is roomy and foods are clearly visible .

The refrigerator has a tremendous amount of room. We really like the ice maker and water options. There is still a nice amount of door storage because the cold water is not on the exterior of the door.

I like it a lot. It is spacious, the ice maker is great and the water jar inside is a magnificent creation.

We originally wanted the one that had the family hub but it was a little pricey. After a day or 2 we love this fridge. It has a ice maker, and purified water container. Also it’s easy to keep clean

Absolutely a fan of the indoor water pitcher. I can’t drink bottled water anymore!! Great product!

Wonderful fridge, it is enormous inside and fits anything we need. The pitcher in the door leaked when we received it, but Samsung replaced it under warranty and sent us a new one that works perfectly.
