It cools really fast with no problems nice looking and big inside for a big family

I needed a new refrigerator because the ice maker in my old one had quit and couldn't be repaired. This refrigerator is bigger than what I'm used to, I love all extra space. The auto fill water picture is a great feature. The full width cold cut drawer is a little awkward. You have to open both doors wide to be to open the drawer. I'm having to get used to the pull-out freezer drawer, but I like it.

Awesome fridge. Spacious .. can not only fit a pizza box but can fit a sheet pizza box :) I once bought a fridge that couldnt fit a pizza box so that is my measuring standard :) love the lights, the reminder buzzer if open too long and it is very quiet. Super love!

I really like the fridge a lot! Bought it a few months ago. Finally got it all set up my only issue is it has some dents and stuff on the sides of it. And some scratches on the handles. But overall the refrigerator is awesome should have looked at it better when I first bought it

It is a really great fridge and I like having water and I r not on the outside.

So far it’s awesome!! The automatic filling water pitcher is awesome! The French door create so much more space than traditional fridge. So far we love it!

Love it …..I didn’t think we would use the autoFill pitcher but really enjoy the cold filtered water. Very large interior. Highly recommend.

i love this fridge. tons of space, we were able to get rid of our second fridge in the garage. this is my first "french door w/ freezer on the bottom" and it is just the perfect set-up for a home fridge. one this i did NOT expect is to absolutely love the built in pitcher. i was unsure and preferring the dispenser on the outisde of the fridge door, but the pitcher is just what i needed. i totally recommend this fridge.

Love the inside pitcher. Always have cold water. Also have ice cube bin inside freezer. No mess with water or ice on outside of door and all over floor.

The capacity of this refrigerator is simply AMAZING!!! Love the bottom freezer....however favorite part is the autofill water pitcher INSIDE the door! Never have to worry about spills on an outside-the-door dispenser! This replaced a double-door with the same dimensions, but this has 25% more capacity!!

Good value for money refrigerator. Ample food storage space for a family of 4.

The dishwasher installation was prefect and very fast. The issue with the refrigerator installation was with the water line. The installers routed it through an old under sink reverse osmosis which hadn't been used in years so, the contaminated water went through the fridge water lines. Also the installation of the line through the cabinets was not very good. The line could be seen hanging from below the cabinets where they had routed the line from the fridge to the water line under the sink. I contacted best buy and they promptly arranged for a replacement fridge and a new team of installers to come out and replace the line and route it through the correct water line.

The size and capacity of this refrigerator is great. I chose this one based on the functionality of having ice only in the bottom and filtered water in the door. Like so many others have stated, the water pitcher leaks whenever you attempt to pour a glass of water. Its frustrating and I would think based on the number of comments Samsung would have done something about this.

Love the fridge, great value, very large, lots of storage space

Big and roomy interior with plenty of shelf space. Quiet running and easy to keep clean. Set up guys were in and out in no time and did a great job.
