Freezer is easy to get things in and out especially with the slide drawers. The water pitcher is handy, but could be just a little bigger. Has more room than our last fridge, and we thought it was big. Easy to keep clean on the outside.

The water pitcher unit needs to be replaced, as it’s defective. They’ve ordered a new door, as well, just in case that is the issue. I purchased in November and it wasn’t delivered until mid-January, so the warranty better have started at delivery. Let’s hope my issues aren’t ongoing with this.

I love the filtered water–rather than having a small spout on the outside, it has a carafe built into the inside of the door. This is much easier to use and very convenient. On the other hand, I dislike the temperature control mechanism. The refrigerator can be set for anywhere from 37F to 44F and hitting the button will change the temperature by one degree. But there is no indication of whether hitting the button lowers or raises the temperature. Moreover the display shows the actual temperature, but not to what it is set. So when you hit the button, you are randomly hoping to get the desired temperature and not sure if it is setting correctly unless you check later on. In addition, I have drinks on one of the two shelves in the refrigerator. The shelves ought to be stable, but three times I have found that the shelf is listing to one side because it is not in the groove where it should be and set tight. I don't know what more to do to get the shelf stable. Despite these drawbacks, the refrigerator is working well, looks nice, and has ample space.

The doors open a great width and the freezer has tons of space. There is a pitcher that comes inside the fridge on the left door and it refills automatically. It is so neat! I love the deli drawer as well. Lots of space and it's amazing!

It is a nice design the doors and drawers open and close nicely. I really needed the space it has, as I had a side by side before and I never had the space for large trays in the fridge. Now I do, with the added benefit of French doors.

The water pitcher feature that auto fills is used like a thousand times a day though, so love that! Overall a good purchase but also the sticker on the bottom is a huge pain in the butt when removing and will most definitely leave a residue.

There is so much space. Love the temperature control. Drawer for drinks. The water pitcher is the only thing I have a problem with. It leaks. There should be a recall on these water pitchers. Other than that, I love it.

Except for the water pitcher that leaks when you pour water from it. It was replacing once, under warranty, but not it needs to be replaced again and Best Buy won’t do it without sending someone out to check it out (at a cost of $99 for the service call). I find that unacceptable so I’m having to live with a leaky pitcher.
