This is an excellent unit. We had to replace our Kenmore when the compressor failed at 5 years. Samsung has a warranty for its compressor for ten years, which is promising. It would certainly be difficult to cash in on the warranty, but the fact that it offers ten years is at least promising. The new Samsung unit is spacious and makes good use ot its space. The inside chilled water pitcher is much easier to use than a faucet on the outside of the door - which is always slow and messy.

So far, so good. It's been two months and we absolutely love it but are cautiously optamistic of the Samsung brand as we've had previous issues.

Loving my fridge. It’s has a lot of room and the auto fill pitcher is great! My kids have started drinking more water because of it.

We selected this fridge based on the price point, and decided to switch to Samsung since we've have great experiences with their TVs. The only downside if any is how quickly the interior water pitcher is filled after each use. Unfortunately we were unable to keep our fridge due to the size, but from what we saw on the showroom floor, this fridge is grear.

This is a very spacious refrigerator, the water pitcher is an awesome feature and the freezer drawers hold so much.

I'm only giving this fridge a 3 rating. The fridge is a great item other then the fact it is not even 2 years old and it sounds like a truck going through my kitchen. A month ago it started making a loud humming noise that doesn't stop until you open the door and starts up seconds after closing the door again. Now I know they make noises but this one should not be making the sound that it is. I will be giving Samsung a call to see if they have any insight on it. I have read other reviews on the Internet and it seems this model has that very same issue.

Love the indoor water pitcher. Only issue is a squeeky door.

Love the water pitcher with infuser. Room for everything. Nice to see everything when doors open. No bending down to see under shelves.

We love this refrigerator. Holds a lot and love the pitcher right inside the door which is always full of cold water. Freezer holds a lot too.

Absolutely an amazing unit. Who needs a water dispenser when there is a full pitcher that refills in the fridge? Tons of space and beautiful.

My old frig had HAD it, so we looked this one on sale over the 4th of July. Easy to order, convenient delivery, and the refrigerator is fantastic!

So far so good. The fridge looks great and is functioning as expected. My sales associate Emily was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. Buying appliance the week of Thanksgiving is the best time of year. The price was great! I saved hundreds of dollars.

Covid production issues got in the way and it took me awhile to get a good unit but, when I finally did, it was just excellent. I love everything about this fridge, especially the way the drawers and shelves are laid out. I couldn't be happier.

Great fridge the only thing that is aggravating is that the pitcher leaks slightly while pouring it but other than that its great.
