Very happy with the purchase of the refrigerator. The only thing that I wish it was a little bit brighter bulbs in the refrigerator and freezer.

I love this refrigerator! Best features are the water jug and the handle on the freezer. It has 2 prongs(?) that break the seal when you lift up the handle. Full disclosure, my handle has come off, but it’s pretty easy to re-attach. So I found out you don’t have to pull hard to open the drawer. There’s lots of interior room. The ice maker is fantastic! I’ve had trouble with other brands. I do wish the bottom drawer would slide out more.

Covid production issues got in the way and it took me awhile to get a good unit but, when I finally did, it was just excellent. I love everything about this fridge, especially the way the drawers and shelves are laid out. I couldn't be happier.

So far so good. The fridge looks great and is functioning as expected. My sales associate Emily was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. Buying appliance the week of Thanksgiving is the best time of year. The price was great! I saved hundreds of dollars.

It works great and fit in my family needs. i would recommend this product to everyone.

Love Love LOVE this refrigerator because hey it looks nice, it works FANTASTIC and the build in water pitcher is AWESOME! We love not having the ice/water function thing on the outside as that always seem to get mucky with other similar models we had like that. We also love the roominess of both the fridge and freezer compartments. Glad we decided on this one after poking around for weeks trying to make a decision.

I love it, the only thing I don’t like is that you basically have to take a shelf out just to be able to fit tall things. I purchase multiple drinks and struggle to fit them in the fridge while keeping all the shelving. I can fit 4 carton/gallons on the door which I like. Overall though it’s great I love the features and the clean look

Thanks to Best Buy for getting me this new fridge in three days! We lost ours on Thanksgiving night. The Samsung is great, large capacity, quick cooling and configurable enough to accommodate whatever we have. Although it does not have water/ice on the door, we have found we really like the water pitcher that refills when we use it and ice in the freezer just makes more sense. Exterior finish stays cleaner than our previous model (fingerprints & dog noses) and it is very quiet. All in all a great buy.

We love it! Our last one was LG with outside door water, and we loved it too! But sold it with the house we sold. So we tried this one. The one has the indoor pitcher that automatically refills with use. This way it filters a pitcher full and I can fill up my Keurig coffeepot, and can also be used if water is needed in cooking. It refills immediately as I replace the pitcher to inside fridge. The rest of it is nice, as well.

Would have gave 4 stars but the water pitcher leaks and when I said something at the store they said I would have to bring in the fridge.

Had issues with the fridge shutting down then restarting. Difficult to diagnose. After two repairmen coming out it just started working properly. Has been great since.

Got a good deal on this fridge during the Labor Day sale. Overall it’s a great appliance and exactly how I wanted it! Delivery was in time and so far so great.

I really like that this refrigerator has a lot of space, a self filling water pitcher inside and a very clean look to it.
