This is a very spacious interior, given its exterior dimensions. Way more energy efficient than my old fridge. I love the automotic refilling pitcher. The water will not be immediately cold, but the convenience of giving the pitcher refill on its own and already does in the fridge is well worth the sacrifice. I much prefer that to the water dispenser. The bottom freezer also has substantial room and convenient placement.

had some delays with shipping company, but after receiving the fridge it was great. no damage and cools as it should. love the fridge.

Left door squeals something ugly, and the middle flap attached to said door does not close on itss own leaving a substantial gap between the doors if I do not close it manually. BB failed to update my order to delivered, so when I attempted to contact Geek Squad to get this remediated, there was no Geek Squad protection... as of last week I now have Geek Squad...I'll attempt to get this repaired. Overall, it's a sharp looking piece, the ice maker actually works, and the water pitcher gets tons of use.

We had the fridge delivered by the Geek Squad and found it was dented on the front door when installed. It was a hassle to get a compromise to have it fixed since we had to deal with customer service and not the local store. Once the replacement was installed, we found that the included water pitcher on the door leaks. It is a known issue and we were able to go through Samsung to get a replacement, but I'm not sure how long the replacement will last. Overall, the fridge is very large and everything else seems to work fine.

We love this refrigerator! It’s well laid out. The lower freezer is the best. We’ve had one problem with the screws for the freezer handle were missing. Between Samsung and BestBuy they are sending new ones.

Love my new refrigerator! And, absolutely loved the Best Buy service of installing it and removing my old fridge. So happy!

This fridge is cool. And keeps cold. The auto-fill pitcher is one of the best features, we never thought about how convenient it would be to have a cold pitcher of water that fills itself!
