GFCI started tripping late at night, did that 3 nights in a row, called Samsung because still under full warranty. Samsung called out local tech, a few days later, tech shows. He calls Samsung and has speaker on, tells them my situation and Samsung tech says, my fridge should not be plugged in to GFCI circuit. My fridge like most people, is in the kitchen, about 5 ft from sink, so by law, is on a GFCI circuit, and closes non GFCI plug is in family room, more than 20ft away. Dropping power on and off, eventually is going to do damage to circuit board, which will definitely shorten life span of fridge and more money down the road. If it was just me and isolated issue, no problem, but look online, other people having same issue. Friend told me after I bought fridge, never buy Samsung, he being a retired appliance service tech, again, after I bought. Its nice, works, space-y, but if I have more issues due to on and off of power, its not worth it. $1600 for a short amount of time.

The built in water pitcher instead of through the door ice and water works better for our family. There is more room inside without the ice maker. There is a lower ice maker which makes plenty of ice. Overall extremely satisfied with this purchase

Fridge is spaceous and looks beautiful in the space. However, there are definitely quality control issues and I would worry about how the fridge will hold up long term and therefore cannot recommend this for purchase. Geeksquad and delievery teams were phenominal along with the plumbers who installed the water line.

Changed the delivery date twice. Delivered and sat in breakfast room for 3 weeks. Finally installed on 11/3/21 and I'm in love with it. Love the capacity and all of the features especially the built in pitcher. The freezer space and ice maker are awesome.

My only complaint is I noticed 2 small dents on the front door. I called Best Buy hoping they would replace the door and the person I spoke to said it wasn't covered. My husband and I took out an extra warranty on the fridge and the lady who sold us the Fridge said the warranty covered everything with the exception if we smashed it with a baseball bat. I guess we were misled unfortunately
