If your ice bin even gets half full you’ll be losing ice cubes underneath the unit every you open and close the freezer. If not for the ice maker this gets a 5 star review.

Samsung has hit another homerun. One truly unexpected surprise - the water produced from the filter is pure. There is not a hint of filtration taste, additive taste or faucet/tap water taste. Every time I pour a glass, I am compelled to look at the glass in wonderment. I will stock up on filters, just in case any design or product changes are on the drawing board (don't fix it because it isn't broken).

All had good and bad reviews. Samsung was close to the bottom of repairmen’s recommendations but in talking to people who had them we heard great things. Also we wanted to stay away from door mounted ice and water dispensers as that is where we’ve experienced most refrigerator issues.
