The only negative feature is the way the ice bucket in the freezer drawer can allow ice cubes to slide out the backside when the drawer is pulled out away from the ice maker. Those ice cubes are impossible to retrieve and keep from freezing solid.

After checking on several repairman forums there are no major concerns with this make and model year, except for a few ice maker issues which we haven't experienced. So far highly recommend this Samsung make and model. Always do you research and not just go by how many 5 stars something has
